If the value of the fixed exchange is X..where X is = to 1.48 and they add to the fixed rate (X).. the value of 1260 dinar to the dollar.. which would be .79 (79 US cents) ...that would equal 1.48 plus .79 which = 2.27.........???? The mystery number , or X was ..what number do they consider to be the fixed exchange rate? I am certain that they will and deserve to return to "Normal"...which will be better than their past history due to many market conditions. The question is..the point from which they wish to be born or to enter the race, so to speak.

I'm on the conf. call with Darren Chabluk.

A man named Jason from Houston has a contact in KBR that works in Iraq. His info is that the RV will be April 1 - 5. The dinar will be pegged to the Euro. No amount was stated but we will be very pleased.
