SO what do you people make out of that TV and radio announcement that made the people of Iraq so happy?

I was searching the news and the only thing that came up in all searches was the fact that the President was on TV telling them last night that he is feeling better and thanking a bunch of other presidents and ministers for their good wishes when he was sick....
Do you think that was the reason for their happiness? Cause obviously there WAS THE PRESIDENT ON TV addressing to the nation ...if you read the article , it is blah, blah...but could it be more than what it says?

What throws me off is that the rumour says : "people were around the TVs and radios" ...so this rumour did have a start...

Geez, I love rumors and I am trying to make history out of them! Pathetic!

my post was made with a smile. i am amazed and awestruck at how in touch both of you are with your spirituality. it takes a great mind to be able to shut out the outside world and allow the inner voice to come thru. some call this god, angels, natural knowing, intuition with a higher self-etc. i have a close friend that has this ability and i consult with him re some decisions i make. i am not religious. i am a highly spiritual person and very metaphysical in my beliefs. in fact i try to devoid myself of any beliefs so i can remain open to what the universe has to say to me. i think that every human has the ability to heal others as well as themselves. most are not open to those possibilities. for you doc to be able to channel those energies is again, simply amazing. you are truly blessed. as for my comments-god; or whatever higher consciouness exists-thrives on love and laughter. we all worship in our own way. terry, if i put a smile on your face, then my work here is done.

President Talabani made a very special greeting to the Iraqi people which gave them positive news about his good health and wonderful hope about the future of Iraq.
