Great things come in small packages, yes?
I think all us "diminutive" dinar holding girls should make a pact to lower all Hotel reception counters and all grocery store customer service counters so we don't have to stand on our toes to see over them!!! We will change the world!
Now back to our regularly scheduled dinar discussion.....
Spinners!!!!
I found this floating around. :nunu:
there was a one day, 1:1 exchange at a 'bank' in north carolina for the 'big wheels' last week. (B of A, in NC maybe, not sure)
source: my sister, who works at a 'regional' bank in the north dakota/minnesota region.
its a rumour, as they say, but she works for 'bremer' bank.:wigged: anyone remember paul bremer?:mad3: i had to look him up on wikipedia. not sure if its related but...
Bremer Bank Home Page
when she told me this i told her that i'd like to know who told her the story about a bank in NC exchanging at par. she said her senior business banker, said the group hired a private jet for the exchange trip, as it was a one day thing.
i hope this is all nonsense.
i tried to sell my dinar stash at chase bank last week but they told me i needed to have a 6 month old account before that was possible.

Ok lets think about this RUMOR ...... a bank cashed in dinar for dollars yes ? and at a rate of 1-1 according to the RUMOR yes ? What i do know is that banks are in the habit of making money and in a big way. So i am sure that the bank is going to turn around and sell them at a higher rate than 1-1. That being said i do not believe this rumor !! but its all good if its fact !
Also in NC is Bankers Bank. I a Great Freind in NC. He was not interested in going to them that he sent me several hundred dollars to purchase his dinars, and also I keep them for him here in a Safe Deposit Box for his purchases.
Point of the post, is that it is a true rumor from my end of a freind their in NC. But, the bank is Bankers Bank. There is two other members here at RC that has used these services. It worked for them.
I will say it better and easier. The #1 question you have is the truth.
The #2 question has been heard as well, but it is a rumor.
My response was for the Bankers Bank in NC. As far as the BigWigs I heard this too but I treated it as a rumor. :nono: That is MY Opinion.
