Don't buy into it. There are several "dealers" who have gotten together and have opened an account in Iraq and are laying on peoples fear of a lop/reprint. They will buy back your dinar for which they charge a fee an then deposit it in the account. They charge $75 to put it in the account and you can do it for free. It's a scam.

That is what I was saying, I could not remember if there was a flat fee or something like 20%.

Just a scare tactic I'm sure, he probably can't get his hands on any and is looking to use your dinar for front sales and in the mean time may out you for your dinar.
Is he still selling if you want to buy?

I would not worry about that at all D-E, The CBI would not have done every thing that they have if that was going to happen, and can you imagine all of the governments out there with billions and billions and the amount that the US TREASURY has in their vaults and what about all of the banks? I don't know what TED is smoking but its some bad xxxx I know that. His info is coming from some bad sources. Every gov official over their has said they are ready to reval plus the IMF and the world bank ect. Don't worry about it. Someone is trying to get people to sell off everything they have.
