I just called a local b of a. Talked to the manager.

Me: Hi, I understand that b of a will be exchanging the Iraqi Dinar starting on monday, and I am just making sure that this branch will be participating.

Manager: well, if that's the case then all branches of b of a will be able to accomodate you.

Me: so you WILL be exchanging them on Monday?

Manager: I haven't heard anything about that, but that's not suprising, most of the time I don't hear things about Monday, until our company update on Friday at close. But I will take your name and phone number, call our foreign exchange division and call you back. I'll see what I can find on the Iraq DinarI

Me: um, it's called the IraqI Dinar

Manager: okay, I will call you as soon as I hear something

took my name and phone number

I will let you know what happens when he calls back

***As I was typing this dh called and said why in the heck would he (manager) be able to find any of this information? Wouldn't he quit his job and run to Chase with his life savings??****

So I will still let you know what he says, but again probably no hard facts.

The message said that he called several different departments at the B of A; including the foreign currency department. They told him (manager) that they have been receiving too many calls on the issue of the Iraqi Dinar. The calls have become overwhelming and disruptive, therefore they (as a company) looked into it. He said it is not going to happen Monday or anytime soon. He said that they have found very alarming and professional rumor-spreaders, and that he is sorry for my loss.

Please don't start yelling at me....I was originally trying to do a good thing. I am soooo sorry.

Side note---what does he know---he sounded very highly stupid, and a little bit ugly !! again, please don't start yelling at me!

You need to go ahead and finish what you started and POST the replie. I was fixen to post that there was no post to remove today until I got to this part of the thread. Now you have gotten everyones mind going and they are posting for you to POST it. So Post it NOW before I do have to remove some post after ALL.
