I wonder if 15/10/ 2006 is the date we are looking for? They changed the old dinar out on that date. Things sure seem close. Wonder HMMMM!
Starting October 15th 2003 a new Iraqi currency known as the ‘new Iraqi dinar’ began to replace the ‘old Iraqi dinar’, and the currency used in the North of Iraq, the ‘swiss Iraqi dinar’. The new Iraqi dinar created a single unified currency that is used throughout all of Iraq. Since the production of the new Iraq dinar, the international demand for the new Iraqi dinar has continued to rise.

Yepper doodle!
Agree, logically, if you were picking a date, yes! Why, because you have said that we have a coincidence cooking here!
Now if it happens before the 15th, I am sure, we would not about it!
Great imagination and I feel a great post and all those good stuff; October 2006 is the month that the Iraqi Constitutional Articles are making their way into the History or Iraq! Laws are being passed and before they go International and this appears to be rolling towards that goal; we will be an RV site!
Aloha & Good Night,
Moto

Check you calender, look for an RV by the end of October 2006!
If you are looking for a Hydrocarbon Law, you are looking for the "all-purpose" 'Three in One' OIL Law, because that is all it is, OIL! Gas and all these products are "hydroarbons!"
In chemistry, a hydrocarbon is any chemical compound that consists only of the elements carbon (C) and hydrogen (H). They all contain a carbon backbone, called a carbon skeleton, and have hydrogen atoms attached to that backbone. (Often the term is used as a shortened form of the term aliphatic hydrocarbon.) Most hydrocarbons are combustible. Although the term carbohydrate sounds similar, carbohydrates contain oxygen.
Hydrocarbon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The simplest hydrocarbon is methane (swamp/marsh gas), a hydrocarbon with one carbon atom and four hydrogen atoms: CH4. Ethane is a hydrocarbon (more specifically, an alkane) consisting of two carbon atoms held together with a single bond, each with three hydrogen atoms bonded: C2H6. Propane has three carbon atoms (C3H8) and butane has four carbons (C4H10).
