Going to go out on a limb here and suggest that what was said was something to the effect of the value of the Iraqi's dinar will change soon. I highly doubt an exact exchange rate was announced as whomever it was reporting back to SSG and friends would have definately noticed a US dollar figure, or a Euro figure, had it been spoken. The person said they heard the word dinar several times.
Whoever it was that said earlier that announcing a revaluation of the currency during banking hours, albeit our banks or theirs, would probably be a bad thing was probably spot on. Which leads me to think about tomorrow, being the holy day for Iraq and most US banks closing for the weekends. I also read a post on *cough* the other forum where someone said he had heard that tomorrow something really good was supposed to happen. Nothing more was posted about what it was from the poster, but this was way before the meeting took place.
About the only thing we can do at this point is scour the internet, and whomever has sources in Iraq for street talk, to see if we can get a description of what was said at the meeting. Surely with all the media called in for this important meeting, there will be numerous articles posted about it's contents.
