yes, this one came straight from my main source. The $0.34/dinar rumor was misinterpreted. He never stated that, it was just a mix words. This rumor though is entirely different, no communication problems this time.

They are saying around Monday in Iraq the change will take effect.

You might be onto something, my source told me the same thing, Monday between .04 - .14

I hope one of these sources will get it right one day.

I hear CBI is hoping to cash out most the small fish (Us) with a relatively low R/V which by the way is totally understandable because I know alot of us will unload a few here and a few their. Hell, thats what I would do. Word of advise Look for the significant rise around March/April when the big oil money starts flowing in.

I've been on the forum just to catch up on all the great posts by yourself, charmedPiper, Susie, Adster, and so many others, but have had no time to post, My business is Killing me, LOL, but its coming into the slow months for me, so I will be on more often.

I think your contact is off on a few steps. If the CBI needed the above steps to be completed to open it on the FOREX in two days how can that happen since the HCL hasn't been passed, ratified nor implemented. If they were waiting for Iraq to be debt free then the Saudi's and the Kuwaiti's need to cancel their debt tomorrow which is highly unlikely. The Kurd issues haven't been resloved yet either. Barzani and Talabani just met the other day and the big accomplishment was to form a committee to to discuss their complaints.

I hope your contact is wrong about the CBI'S requirements because they're not met yet. I also hope he's wrong on the rate too.
