    Default HardDrive Failure- Down time.

Site was down due to HardDrive Crash.
Luckily we keep all our sites backup several times a day on a seperate backup HD aswell. Some communication problems lead to increase in the downtime.

Our other sites will also be restored very soon.
    Thank you for your understanding.

(work will be done on our servers all day, so it could be a abit slower).

    Hello.

First of all, a huge apology from Rolclub to all its users for the past downtime we have had on our site's. There are many reasons for this.

A long line of back luck after we changed our hosting company to a new with Pro Ddos protection. We have had 3 downtimes of nearly 36h-12h-24h.

1.At first the new server was non responsive and very very slow.

2.Second was due to Harddrive failure, so we ran site for a few days from backup Harddrive, but that is not a longterm option if we want to secure the saftly of our backups using one harddrive. So:

    3. yesterday we change out that main broken harddrive which normally should take no more then a few min, but renting servers in USA, and having server manager from almost other side of the world, + facing issues like CentOS install slow, Yum not working fast and very very slow, Slow SSH logins, Cpanel installing for ever, and Comilation of Apache and php taking another extra is what we have been facing for past 24h. Our Server manager has been up for past 48h doing the best he could, and try to solve the issues with our sever hosting company, which also seemed to be working intensly to get our servers up and running.

hmmmm. We have upgraded servers to state of the art, with "The best setup ever", but sometimes the best setup, and all the help in the world ain't enough.

With this i would also like to announce that we will at the end of the month be changing servers, again. We will not do it now, as we have been up 50% in past 7 days, which is to much downtime. Our downtime was not due to DDOs or any other
sorts of attacks, but pure back luck...

We truely apologize to the members, and the advertisers for the downtime we have had. Advertisers will have their advertising periods increased with 3 full days.

    Welcome Back.
