12. When the board splits, how do members get assigned to new boards?
When the board automatically splits, members are placed in two new boards based upon the mechanism of top to bottom, left to right priority algorithm. The follow-the-leader system ensures that every time your downlines revolve back to the Silver Board, they go to your board and become your referral first.

Yes, you can jump over from the first level to the third level of the Silver Board when the board splits in the Silver Board, if you sponsor more people than other members with you in the first and second levels.

A Surplus Member is created when a member sponsors more than two new members. The surplus Member (spillover) is allocated to a board where a member does not have two qualifiers in the Silver Board.
