Good Morning

And may I say a big welcome from our newly formed management team of Combined Sense and I look forward to working with you for many years to come.
We have decided to give you a full update of all workings of combined sense and to layout the future plans and growth strategies for the forth coming months.
As we all know it has taken a little bit longer than we had anticipated but I am glad to say we are almost there “as my mother says all good things come to those who wait”
During the set up time of Combined Sense we have learnt a lot , including we have multiple tasks/functions to built this fantastic business and the reliance of third parties we are no longer going to do “ we will not be reliant on people with a lot to say but no action,” we are going offline with real staff”. To ensure we meet commitments of new orders and product sales within the time frames we commit to on all our projects online and offline.
We have decided to set up a FULL UK based operation and we are now in the process of locating office premises in the South of the United Kingdom around the London Area “ we will be signing the lease within the next 4 weeks “ This location will act as a full head office not just for Combined Sense but all projects owned and operated by Direct Broadcasting Limited.
We have decided to establish full time departments: accounts /customer service/server control/web development centre from this location as well to ensure full coordination of portal production and contractual delivery obligations are met on time.
Our base funding for this operational set up is coming from investor funding, plus we are chasing UK government funding to help us recruit key members of staff and other aspects of our business.
We also have decided to sell 10% Of the share capital of our UK operation Direct Broadcasting Limited. You will receive a full legal share certificate and regular financial reporting and profit payment. If you would like to know more we have set the minimum at only £250-£500 investment for a share of the 10%, this amount will be refunded in full at the end of 12 month period and you will still own the stock in full. We have started to implement a new chain of command to all our operations. Due to the openness and understanding of our “founder” who has decided to relinquish most of his power and release share holding in order to take a back seat in regards to sales and customer service so as to secure the true potential of Combined Sense and Direct Broadcasting Limited; the long term goals we all desire. “ I believe we all owe him thanks for this move in not just looking at the personnel wealth he could have made form his great original idea”.
Our management chain of command is also changing in regards to the day to day running of the operation Managing Director, Head of Sales, Accounts, Customer Support, Product Development Management, Content Management, Training, Head Corporate Affairs, and Legal.
We are developing country Owner Partnerships and Territory Managers online and offline, these partners/franchisers will help us develop training, sales and customer service within all countries we wish to operate in, this will help us solve the problem of communication and help to establish a greater sense of loyalty within the given trading districts. Until we are in a position in 2010 to start to establish country offices to expand our chain of command and control “we will though be opening this year Canada/Thailand/Bangladesh/Usa. . .
As some of you may know we have tried to establish working partnerships in a couple of countries but this strategy has not worked in a couple of areas “ mostly NON English speaking countries”, we allowed persons with limited funding/ no investment or backing to try to help us; this policy we will no longer follow in non English s peaking countries..
We will only issue Master franchisee rights once we have reached a sales revenue level to fund a Country Base Office as we are doing now in Bangladesh or future partnerships can stably fund themselves on a day to day basis.
We will be establishing until then in areas we do not have a Corporate Country Office, we will be assigning Temporary Team Leaders and Customer support staff online in your countries language “no exclusivity will be given until a point of country office is established and funded”.
