I only have an account number, not a customer ID. Are they the same?
Yes, they are the same. When asked for a customer ID, enter your account number and continue as prompted.
I have an access code, not a password. How do I sign in?
You can use your access code as your password. Once you have entered your customer ID number and access code, you will be signed in and can proceed with your shopping.

Can I track my order online?
Yes, you can track your current order online using the My Account feature of TriVita.com. Simply sign in and click on My Account. The My Account feature of the Website also allows you to:
1. View your order history
2. Update your account information
3. View your VitaPoint total
4. Change your password
When will I receive my order?
You should expect to receive your order in 3 to 5 business days. (Customer orders received by 12:00 p.m. AZ-MST are shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.)
How will my order be delivered?
Orders under $200 are shipped via United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Orders over $200 will be shipped via courier (FedEx/UPS) and must be shipped to a physical address.
How can I change my shipping and/or billing address?
You can change your address online during the checkout process. If you recently placed an order and wish to change the destination address, please call Member Services at 1-877-850-2968.

Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, we have a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return the unused portion within 60 days of the purchase date and you will receive a full refund less shipping and handling or an equivalent exchange/account credit – your preference.
How do I return my order?
Contact TriVita Member Services at 1-877-850-2968 or [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number.
1. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package(s).
2. Write your Return Authorization Number on the original packing slip and include it with your return. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include a note that lists your name, customer ID number, return authorization number and the reason for the return.
