And TRUST ME, even IF everyone on my list signs up, there's going to be PLENTY of room to market and promote this. Believe me, you have NO IDEA how many places there are and how many people there are looking for opportunities exactly like this one. You could probably have 50 or more of the same exact ads in the same area, but from different people, and they'll all do well. And if you even have a SMALL list of contacts, you can do QUITE well.
