The E-Verge International Website is just a “preview” of the E-Verge replicated Website .. Links and text changes are still being worked on. Visually, I think everyone will love the new design and it will be ready for our use shortly.

Mark Ryder highlighted the E-Verge Compensation Plan on the Wednesday call by starting with a brief overview of the evolution of the Plan and then went into ALL the details of the current 3 x 9 Flex Pay Plan as well as the Bonus Pools and Matching Bonuses.

Fast Start Bonuses:

Each time you personally introduce a new member to E-Verge and they up-grade you will receive a $25 Fast Start Bonus.

Long Term Residual:

All members are placed in the 3 x 9 Flex Pay Plan matrix following their line of Sponsorship.

For pay purposes only the matrix will compress, not only vertically, but horizontally as well. This means that for commission purposes, if your downline group begins growing past the 9th level of your matrix, they will be compressed up to the highest level open positions and you will be paid $2 on EVERYONE in your 3 x 9 matrix, even if they are on your 100th level .. until it is completely filled.

It is possible to be paid commissions on Level 1 through to Level 3 without any personally referred members. This will give a residual income of up to $78.00 per month.

With one personally referred member you will also be paid commissions on Level 4 to 6 and can earn up to $2,184 per month.

With three personally referred members you will be paid commissions on all 9 Levels and can then earn up to $59,046.00 per month.

With the higher monthly plan of $99 per month, it will be possible to earn up to $147,000 per month with an annual income of over $1.5 million.

As members of your downline continue to pay their monthly membership fees, your commissions will be residual and paid every month.

The E-Verge 3 x 9 Compressed Matrix:

To maintain active status for the 3 x 9 Flex Pay Plan your monthly cost will be $49.95

Level 1 $2.00 x 3 = $6.00
Level 2 $2.00 x 9 = $18.00
Level 3 $2.00 x 27 = $54.00
Level 4 $2.00 x 81 = $162.00
Level 5 $2.00 x 243 = $486.00
Level 6 $2.00 x 729 = $1,458.00
Level 7 $2.00 x 2,187 = $4,374.00
Level 8 $2.00 x 6,561 = $13,122.00

TOTAL MONTHLY INCOME POTENTIAL IS $59,046.00

Matching Bonuses:

On top of the $59,046.00 that you can now earn with your 3 x 9 Flex Pay Plan, you also have the ability to match a percentage of ALL the commissions earned on everyone you personally sponsor.

You can match up to 50% of all of your personally sponsored Members’ Commissions, each and every month.

Platinum: If you have 12 personal active members you will get a 5% matching bonus on the earnings of each of them every month.
Diamond: If you have 20 active members you will get a 10% matching bonus (on top of the previous 5% bonuses.)
Double Diamond: If you have 40 active members you will get a 15% matching bonus (on top of the previous 10% + 5% bonuses.)
Triple Diamond: If you have 60 active members you will get a 20% matching bonus (on top of the previous 15% + 10% + 5% bonuses ie a total of 50%)

Bonus Pools:

BizBuzz will take $8 out of every paid member’s $49.95 and divide it into 4 Pools .. with $2 going into each Pool. The money accumulated ineach pool will be shared amongst the members that meet these requirements:

Platinum Pool: 12 personally referred active members.
Diamond Pool: 20 personally referred active members.
Double Diamond Pool: 40 personally referred active members.
Triple Diamond Pool: 60 personally referred active members.

You can qualify for more than one Pool. For instance if you have 20 personally referred active members you will qualify for both the Platinum and the Diamond Pools. Refer 60 personally referred active members and you will qualify for all four Pools.

NOTE: ONLY new people will have to pay $99 to join E-Verge. Current members will continue to pay $49.95 a month for the Standard Plan.

The Current Commission:

Shows details of your POTENTIAL Commission ie if all the members in your Genealogy are active. Presently everyone in your downline is showing as active and the people who are actually inactive will show as being so shortly.

Derrick from Fathom spoke about their niche of creating quality videos for small to medium business people at affordable prices.

The new landing pages are coming soon, with separate ‘sites’ for separate products and services. All the video technology that E-Verge now has available through Fathom will be incorporated. The information for Fathom is now in your E-Verge Back Office.

After listening to Ted's description of the new landing pages and looking at the Fathom site, I now have really high expectations for all the E-Verge landing pages.

Mark commented that their new Cellular phone technology will not only attract millions of people to E-Verge but it will give all these people reason to ALWAYS want to stay with E-Verge. And as we all know this doesn’t always happen.

Commissions and Credit Card Details:

This month’s commission will be paid in the next day or so, into the present active members’ Speedy Wallet Accounts. And from then on, commissions will be paid at the same time every month .. on the 15th of each month.

Starting next month, all commissions will be paid via the new Merchant Account and their Visa Card.

For the past few months, commissions have been conducted manually and we have had until the end of each month to make the monthly payment.

Because of all the challenges involved in importing data from 3 different sources, there have been a few "hic-cups" and because Mark wants EVERYONE who wants to be Active to have that chance, the cut off date for having the Credit Card information in place for the September payments will be extended until the mid-week of this coming week.

Because Mark doesn't want anyone to be left behind, individual members will be contacted by phone by E-Verge Support over the next few days, if their information is not correct in their Back Office and needs to be verified. So if there is any problem updating your information, you can expect to either hear from Mark personally or someone from the E-Verge Support Staff.

Please NOTE: If you have already made your payment for September with Speedy Wallet or SafePay etc then your Credit Card will not be billed for September when you enter your Credit Card details.

To Update your Credit Card details:

Go to your E-Verge Back Office at www.members.e-verge.com and login with your Username and Password. Once there you will see the Home Tab. Click on this and go to Billing Information.

Make sure your Credit Card and your Expiry Date are correct. Once you change this, you can click within your site where it says “You are Currently Inactive. Please Click to Reinstate.”

The E-Verge International Company Launch:

E-Verge launched the new Website on September 1, 2007.

The official Company E-Verge Launch, when members will be invited to visit the new E-Verge Home Office in St Louis and personally meet Mark and the original Bizbuzz Team, as well as the E-Verge Board Members and their financial partners, will be held on November 1 2007.

We are getting many emails and support questions about members showing Inactive.

Many of these members have updated their information or submitted their Credit Card information upon enrolling.

We have installed our new Merchant Account and will be charging Credit Cards through to Friday. As we charge these cards, the members will be updated to Active status.

Please make sure you have your correct information, card number, expiry date, zip code from which your credit card was issued and do not forget your 3 digit number on the back of the card (no spaces in card number.)

For many of you who show as Inactive we are going to change this back to Active and run a true billing to all members. This first run was a test and everyone has not been charged and we are adjusting the security settings to enable enrolments.

Tonight we will have a new SSL Certificate within the Billing Information (within the Back Office under the Home Tab) to make updates to your Credit Card information. It will be totally secure to enter any vital information.

You need to make sure your membership is active.

We have been working on the upgrade feature within the Back Office and now have it active. There are many members that need to go into their Back Office and upgrade their Credit Card information before Sunday, September 30th, 2007. We are finding that an error has occurred with the Expiry Date information of many of the Credit Cards and that’s why many are showing as Inactive.

You will need to go into your Back Office of E-Verge (www.members.e-verge.com) and login to the system with your Username and Password. Once there you will see the Home Tab above. Click on this and go to Billing Information.

Make sure your Credit Card and your EXPIRY DATE are correct. We have seen that the Expiry Date is wrong in many cases. Once you change this, you can click within your site where it says “You are Currently Inactive. Please Click to Reinstate.”

NOTE: You will only see this sign, if your site is Inactive.

We have left all functionality within the system so do not worry at this time. To all members who have anyone within their downlines it is important for you to contact your downlines and help them through the process of being active.

Backup Solution:

If you still have problems within the signup process then we have a backup system in place. You can e-mail Support at [email protected] and in the Subject line put CC Correction Now. Make sure you have your full name, Username, Ph #, and the Credit Card Expiry date (example 10/08 .. means Oct 2008) within your email. We will then make sure you are Active within E-verge.

We have upgraded many features and we thank you for your patience. No system has ever been developed using the technology we have and the future is looking incredible!

I know that it's been really hard to keep up with all that has been happening with E-Verge, but right now it's VERY important for ALL members to stay on the pulse.

Mark has been indicating that there is so much more to E-Verge than he is able to reveal just now and that it's going to be really worthwhile for everyone to remain active in E-Verge.

However, many people are still showing as Inactive .. EVEN members who have paid for September, may still be showing as Inactive.

These are the necessary steps that everyone who wishes to be active in E-Verge, needs to take NOW .. BEFORE Oct 4 2007.

1. Go to www.e-verge.com (the www.members.e-verge.com link is presently dysfunctional)

2. Click on MEMBER LOGIN (top right hand corner)

3. Check that ALL your information is correct in the PERSONAL PROFILE. Update as necessary.

4. Check that ALL your information is correct in the BILLING INFORMATION. Update as necessary.

5. We were told to then click on You are currently Inactive. Please Click to Reinstate to activate the position, but the page "E-Verge success System Reinstate Options" is no longer functional. Everything is very much in a state of flux right now, so ignore that page for now.

6. After you have checked and done any necessary updating, send an email to Support at [email protected] or send a ticket via the Help Desk in the Back Office confirming that your details are correct and that you wish to be Active in E-Verge.

Until you do this you will continue to show as Inactive .. even if you have paid for September

IMPORTANT .. In the Subject line put “CC Correction Now”

In your message give these details:

1. Your full name:
2. Your Username:
3 Your Phone number:
4. The Credit Card Expiry date: example 10/08 .. means Oct 2008

Hi Everyone,

Well, it was going to be brief, but it's turned into a book again .. but please read every word, to see what an extraordinary opportunity ALL current Active members of E-Verge International now have. Some of this "book" is intended to reinforce or fill in any gaps of your present knowledge, but it also allows for new members that are coming into this group now .. So take whatever information is useful, and pass it on to your own group members.

A summary of two MUST LISTEN TO E-Verge International Calls follows .. Both quite different and both containing VERY SPECIAL news and information.

On this week’s Tuesday Call Mark Petchel spoke about the E-Verge unique business model and how it is rapidly becoming “the talk of the town” amongst many direct marketers and people in the home business industry that he meets.

Ted went on to explain why the E-Verge business model will be so powerful. Unlike most other companies who base their entire company .. and compensation plan .. on a single product or service, E-Verge has sought out and will continue to negotiate contracts with leading companies to bring the E-Verge membership the most advanced cutting-edge products and services (that most people need in their daily living) at the lowest prices possible.

3. The Gift .. Founders Options:

Mark announced that the gift that will be offered to all the people who have supported Bizbuzz/E-Verge International through all their "founding trials" will be Founders Options.

Founders Options will be sent on January 1 to all the people who were active in September and who now STAY active in October and November through to December. They will be available at a very low cost .. lower than their present stock value.

The transition from Speedy Wallet to Virtual Money may be over a few months, and in that time some people who are still Inactive may wish to activate their positions with Speedy Wallet. (This service had been dysfunctional for the past few weeks but is now functional once more.

People wishing to activate for the month of October, with Speedy Wallet can go to www.paybizbuzz.com .. Click on the Speedy Wallet button, which will take you to your Speedy Wallet Account login.

1. You MUST enter your E-Verge User ID in the Special Notes Box.
2. Do not login to your personal Speedy Wallet Account first.
3. You can only use Speedy Wallet to Activate a position .. NOT to pay the monthly subscription.

There's a big emphasis on the Official Launch: to be held at the E-Verge Company Home Office on November 1 .. Further details will be announced in the News section of the Back office and on the Thursday Call.

Kevin Sipe sent out an email to members today saying that ..

In order for Members to be paid from the Wallet Id (Online Payment System) login to your Back Office and put your Birthdates and Email Address within your Profile. Make sure you have a valid Email Address because without it and your Birthdate you will have difficulty in being PAID.

Login to http://members.e-verge.com

Once inside your Back Office, click on the Home Tab and then on the drop down menu, click on Personal Profile. This is where you will put your Birthdate and Email Address. The E-Verge system will track your input live and then the payment will be sent.

Use the format for Birthdate changed .. It is now 4 digits for the year, 2 for the month and 2 for the date .. .. so if you already had the forward slashes, leave them as they immediately designed the software to handle it.

An example, if you were born July 30th 1960, you would now format this as 1960-07-30 (year-month-date.)

By having your Birthdate in the Profile now, the payment will go to your new Wallet Account with the new payment system.

A Wallet Card hasn’t been issued yet but will be. In the meantime you will be sent login instructions with your Temporary Pass-code in an email, as soon as the funds have been transferred to your Account. You can then request an online transfer to your Bank Account. You can also transfer funds from the new Wallet Account to Speedy Wallet.

If you don’t put your Birthdate and a valid Email Address in your Profile, your payment will default to Speedy Wallet.

Von the representative of the new Wallet Card was one of the guests on this week's Wednesday Call. After being in the industry for 20 years Von said that he has never been as excited as he is now about the E-Verge Launch. The NEW Wallet will have many new features that Mark and his Team had been searching for: Essentially it must have global appeal and be a very easy system to use.

Von related that the cutting-edge technology of this particular Wallet system has been perfected over the last 5 years and is 7 years ahead of anything else out there.

It will be available in 100 different currencies in over 200 different countries. As well as insuring that both home and abroad (if you are in the US) commissions will always be paid on time, your actual commission will be converted to the currency of your country (Can you hear the cheering arising from the Land Down Under?)

Once you are due a commission, the Wallet can be created and funded at the same time AUTOMATICALLY. An email will be triggered and send to your registered email address with your login information. At this stage Cards are not available. However as soon as you set up your Wallet Back Office, you will be able to request a withdrawal to any bank in the world. Instructions will be in the email.

In the US the fee to transfer from the Wallet to a Bank account is $1.50 .. An International transfer is $8.50

Withdrawal fees for the Visa Card (that can be used at any ATM) is 75cents in the US and $1 internationally.

A $3.50 monthly maintenance fee will ONLY be charged when a Wallet is actively being used. A monthly fee is NOT incurred when the card is not being used.

Funds can be loaded from several different options and you will be able to use your Wallet to pay the monthly E-Verge subscription fee.

The first batch of Wallets was loaded today. As long as you have placed your birthdate in the Profile (in any of the 3 formats given) and are due a commission, your new wallet will be loaded either tomorrow or over the next two days.

For anyone who hasn’t entered their birthdate yet, the last format given on the Wednesday call was yyyy-mm-dd .. for example, October 17 1980 would be 1980-10-17

If it isn’t in this format .. DON’T WORRY .. The programming team is manually checking everyone’s Back Office and flagging any birthdates that are not in the correct format.

Another manual system has been programmed as a preliminary step in converting everything over to the automatic system.
