I have a bit of a problem with self-motivation, and have found that using an external tool to help me see my desired outcome really helps. I saw and read all about that 'Secret' stuff (mega-successful marketing exercise, if nothing else !), but have found that actually having a simple tool to help me visualize makes the difference.

Some people I know use relaxing music, but I have found that a rather more scientific approach works best for me, keying in to brain rhythms. When I see and *feel* the outcome, I am more positive, and actually get to moving to achieve it.
