do u know of any free or cheap programs ?

I need a software to create a sort of downline structure.

Im not looking for mlm or hyip software, but a sort of database witch can be used to keep track of who invites who to a comunitywebsite for instance.
Mabe like a affiliate software.

This software should not be made for a purpose to distribute fees and refferabonuses, that is not what i want.

Any ideas?
