When this site went down...I guess I lost this thread. Anyway, I am starting back up but in an appropriate area. I had permission before...so I'm guessing it is still okay to have this. Thank you in advance...moderators. It's been a while since I've posted due to lots going on with Gary and I.

Have a blessed New Year everyone...and please do come in and post your praises, your prayers and favorite scriptures.

In the New Year of 2006...

May we all know what an incredibly wonderful and awesome God we serve. May the eyes of our hearts be opened to bless Him, to see Him, to know Him, to touch Him, to hear Him and to taste of His goodness. May He be blessed as we get on our knees and thank Him every waking moment for what we have and for what He is going to do. May this year mark a change in each of us to share with everyone the "Good News of Jesus Christ." May we all get on our knees and cry "Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lamb." May we repent for our sins and the sins of those who do not yet know Him and ask His forgiveness. May this be a year of total surrender to Him in all areas of our lives even those areas we think are small and insignificant. May we listen more, pray more, read the Word more, reach out more, give more and bless more. May our Lord be lifted up by our praises...because if we don't praise Him...the rocks will cry out! May we learn to truly humble ourselves and serve others. May this be the year we put down our bitterness and forgive those who have the done the unthinkable. May we learn to love those put in our path we find hard to love. Lord, sharpen and increase our discernment in these days. Lord, we trust in You to help us, we step out in microscopic faith and as we continue to step out our faith grows into a mustard seed. We say Lord, we believe...but please dear Lord help our unbelief. Father, without You we are nothing...but with You we are everything. If You are for us, who then can be against us. Father, teach us to walk and talk in victory...teach us bless not curse not only ourselves but others, enemy or not.

We thank You Lord for hearing us, we love You Lord because You first loved us, we praise You Lord because You are worthy of all our praise. Father bless our friends, our family and our brothers and sisters in Christ who are both friends and family in this coming year. Lord, we seek You because we do want to know You. Help us to get back to You, our first love Lord. We give You all the praise, the honor and glory! Lord, we surrender to You. In Jesus name...Amen.

Praying for a prosperous 2006, one filled with forgiveness, reconciliation and restoration. May this year be a new beginning in each of our lives...not looking back on regrets but looking forward to His promises. I pray the Lord blesses each of my fellow p'sters. That we not lean on our own understanding. Father, thank You for this new year and thank You for Your mercies which are new each and every morning. Help us to walk on Your path and help us to speak blessings to ourselves and to everyone we meet. Let this be a new day in You. In Jesus name...Amen.

Father, despite what the world says You know all that goes on. You are in control. I lift up B & S as they continue to do their best to work things out. I ask Lord that Your will be done...not ours, not theirs...but Yours. Father, be with everyone who is part of this large worldwide family. I ask that You bless those whose anger is eating away at them and I ask for those who continue to pray for "the program and it's leader" that You would encourage them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. I thank You for our peace even in the midst of our unending circumstances...for Lord, You know the truth and You are who counts and I ask that for many others who are battling the legal system. Father, You knew our hearts and our intentions in the midst of all of this and our intentions were not those of "criminal intent" as many have said. Lord, you know our intent was one of helping and sharing...not promising anything. Holy Spirit, go before us in the court systems and carefully and wisely guide our words and let the truth be known. Father, let the court systems hear the truth and base their findings on that alone that we may be found without fault. Father, many have said this is the year for "breakthrough" and I am believing that there is going to be breakthrough even though we not even undestand what that means...we need a breakthrough here. I ask for Your wisdom and guidance for B & S in all that they do. Thank You Lord for hearing my prayer. I ask because I believe in Who You are. I ask in Your Son Jesus' precious and mighty name! Amen!

Amen, we are in agreement! The Lord gives us favor among men. We will win all of our battles in Jesus' name!

Thank you luckydog and weathernut! Please specifically pray for Gary and I this coming Friday for favor, resolution and that we are found faultless. I can't go into it...we are still at peace because we do know God is control and He will have His way! I appreciate all of you and hope many are still continuing to lift up B & S...as I can't even imagine how much they need our prayers. Be blessed you two! Hugs...
