But that doesn't answer the question of whether Clinton should be impeached and removed from office because he is morally unfit to govern.

The writings of the Founding Fathers are very instructive on this issue. They are not cast in terms of political effectiveness at all but in terms of right and wrong -- moral fitness. Hamilton writes in the Federalists Papers (No. 65) that impeachable offenses are those that "proceed from the misconduct of public men, or, in other words, from the abuse or violation of some public trust."

I could not care less what he did/does in his private sex life; but since he seemed to care so very deeply about what Clinton did in his private sex life and how it effects his ability to lead --- I expect he will apply the same standards to himself? Right???

Or certainly he will be reminded of his past words....again and again until he does...........

but i personally think that things of this nature,it makes a differance to me
where this conduct takes place.personal etichs are one thing and they matter to me.CLINTON pulled his carp in the oval office, if this guy violated
his workplace code of etichs well no better:nono:!but as with most of us affairs outside the workplace can often be tollorated,sorta but inside the workplace, never!in short,on his time,his dime,somewhere non gov location,then it"s mostly his wifes problem!on our time or our dime,in gov building, a problem that needs to be fixed! swiftly and completely!:rant:
