Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Last week I reviewed the Bush government’s terrorist attacks on
Americans which occurred on September 11, 2001. The Bush government
totally lied about the 9-11 attacks; the only terrorists are the Bush
government officials who ordered the attacks.

The British government has also attacked its citizens. The British
government and British military staged the July 7, 2005 bombings in
London. When I was in London in early September 2005, I learned of a
British university professor who had already obtained proof and
witnesses who, due to their positions, knew the British government was
behind the July 7 bombings.

The British and Bush governments have continued to lie to the world.
The August 10th British news claiming there was a terrorist plot was
another COMPLETE LIE. These lies are used to support the governments’
efforts to manipulate the public into giving these corrupt governments
MORE POWER. Below is an article written by a British man, Craig
Murray, who makes it very clear there was no terrorist plot in
Britain. However, based on false terrorist reports, both the Bush
government and the British government have pushed for laws which allow
wholesale arresting of people against whom there is no proof of any
crimes.

This is WHY the only solution to clearing the traitorous Bush
government from power is NESARA. NESARA’s public announcement removes
the Bush government from power.

Below also is a report from our Regional Director of NESARA Take

Since the NESARA Law is designed to remove corruption from our
American government, the Bush government has ordered computer hackers
to try to take down our WWW.NESARA.US website because the Bush
government does NOT want YOU to KNOW there is a valid LAW by which the
Bush government can be removed.

EACH DAY our WWW.NESARA.US website experiences 60,000 (Sixty Thousand)
to 80,000 (Eighty Thousand) attacks by the Bush government trying to
take our website down. The Bush government also sends 20,000 (Twenty
Thousand) spam emails to our mail server EVERY HOUR in an effort to
crash our mail server. However, our website has REMAINED ONLINE
through all of this.

Today the Bush government hackers managed to “zero out” the visitors
counter on our WWW.NESARA.US home page. Last Monday, as I reported in
the Dove Report, we had had 37,884,454 visits since October 2003.
That’s almost THIRTY-EIGHT MILLION visits to our website. Today when
I went to WWW.NESARA.US to copy the current count of visitors, I saw
the counter had obviously been interfered with by the Bush government
and was showing only the visitors who have accessed our website in the
last several hours. My thanks to our Webmaster, Mark, for quickly
restoring our visitor counter to its correct number of more than 38
Million.

To those of you who “wonder if NESARA is real” – do you really think
the Bush government would pay its government hackers to try to hack
into our website and try to take our website down for any reason
except Bush is afraid of NESARA? NESARA IS VERY REAL, that’s why our
website is attacked!

Our efforts and our Special Protection enable our website to stay
online. On behalf of all of us, I sincerely thank our Webmaster,
Mark, for his years of ongoing dedication and long hours of volunteer

Some people recently trying to access our website, WWW.NESARA.US ,
have received a “Page Not Found” error which makes them think our
website is down. Our website has ALWAYS been ONLINE – we have NOT
been down or gone. Our home page is still at
NESARA, the National Economic Security And Reformation Act – 24 hours a day every day,
except if we are doing scheduled maintenance which is only 2 or 3
times each year for a few hours and we tell you ahead of time when we
will be doing scheduled maintenance.

The internet has many paths which can take you to our website. If you
receive a “Page Not Found” error when you try to view WWW.NESARA.US ,
then PRESS your browser’s REFRESH button to tell your computer to take
a different path to find our website. We believe “some” of the paths
are being blocked, however, by pressing REFRESH after you get the
“Page Not Found” error, your computer will make another attempt to
access our website. The Refresh button has worked for me when I have
received the “Page Not Found” error message. The second or third time

The UK Terror plot: what's really going on?

I have been reading very carefully through all the Sunday newspapers
to try and analyse the truth from all the scores of pages claiming to
detail the so-called bomb plot. Unlike the great herd of so-called
security experts doing the media analysis, I have the advantage of
having had the very highest security clearances myself, having done a
huge amount of professional intelligence analysis, and having been
inside the spin machine.

So this, I believe, is the true story.

None of the alleged terrorists had made a bomb. None had bought a
plane ticket. Many did not even have passports, which given the
efficiency of the UK Passport Agency would mean they couldn't be a
plane bomber for quite some time.

In the absence of bombs and airline tickets, and in many cases
passports, it could be pretty difficult to convince a jury beyond
reasonable doubt that individuals intended to go through with suicide
bombings, whatever rash stuff they may have bragged in internet chat
rooms.

What is more, many of those arrested had been under surveillance for
over a year - like thousands of other British Muslims. And not just
Muslims. Like me. Nothing from that surveillance had indicated the
need for early arrests.

Then an interrogation in Pakistan revealed the details of this amazing
plot to blow up multiple planes - which, rather extraordinarily, had
not turned up in a year of surveillance. Of course, the interrogators
of the Pakistani dictator have their ways of making people sing like
canaries. As I witnessed in Uzbekistan, you can get the most
extraordinary information this way. Trouble is it always tends to give
the interrogators all they might want, and more, in a desperate effort
to stop or avert torture. What it doesn't give is the truth.

The gentleman being "interrogated" had fled the UK after being wanted
for questioning over the murder of his uncle some years ago. That
might be felt to cast some doubt on his reliability. It might also be
felt that factors other than political ones might be at play within
these relationships. Much is also being made of large transfers of
money outside the formal economy. Not in fact too unusual in the
British Muslim community, but if this activity is criminal, there are
many possibilities that have nothing to do with terrorism.

We then have the extraordinary question of Bush and Blair discussing
the possible arrests over the weekend. Why? I think the answer to that
is plain. Both in desperate domestic political trouble, they longed
for "Another 9/11". The intelligence from Pakistan, however dodgy,
gave them a new 9/11 they could sell to the media. The media has
bought, wholesale, all the rubbish they have been shovelled.

We then have the appalling political propaganda of John Reid, Home
Secretary, making a speech warning us all of the dreadful evil
threatening us and complaining that "Some people don't get" the need
to abandon all our traditional liberties. He then went on, according
to his own propaganda machine, to stay up all night and minutely
direct the arrests. There could be no clearer evidence that our Police
are now just a political tool. Like all the best nasty regimes, the
knock on the door came in the middle of the night, at 2.30am. Those
arrested included a mother with a six week old baby.

For those who don't know, it is worth introducing Reid. A hardened
Stalinist with a long term reputation for personal violence, at
Stirling Univeristy he was the Communist Party's "Enforcer", (in days
when the Communist Party ran Stirling University Students' Union,
which it should not be forgotten was a business with a very
substantial cash turnover). Reid was sent to beat up those who
deviated from the Party line.

We will now never know if any of those arrested would have gone on to
make a bomb or buy a plane ticket. Most of them do not fit the "Loner"
profile you would expect - a tiny percentage of suicide bombers have
happy marriages and young children. As they were all under
surveillance, and certainly would have been on airport watch lists,
there could have been little danger in letting them proceed closer to
maturity - that is certainly what we would have done with the IRA.

In all of this, the one thing of which I am certain is that the timing
is deeply political. This is more propaganda than plot. Of the over
one thousand British Muslims arrested under anti-terrorist
legislation, only twelve per cent are ever charged with anything. That
is simply harrassment of Muslims on an appalling scale. Of those
charged, 80% are acquitted. Most of the very few - just over two per
cent of arrests - who are convicted, are not convicted of anything to
do terrorism, but of some minor offence the Police happened upon while
trawling through the wreck of the lives they had shattered.

Be sceptical. Be very, very sceptical.

Another month has passed with many more stories and changes coming
from Down Under.

NEW ZEALAND

The Maori Queen has died, aged 75. There was a week of mourning with
official visitors and cermonies at the marae (Maori meeting house).
The funeral and burial, which lasted 6+ hours, was televised. The
coronation of the new King (the Queen's eldest son) was performed at
the start of the funeral.

New Zealand has a new Governor-General. (Each Commonwealth Country
has its own Governor-General who is Queen Elizabeth's official
representative.) Anand Satyanand is a New Zealand born Fijian Indian
(his Fijian parents settled in New Zealand in the 1920s) who practiced
law and was a criminal law judge for 10 years.

Greypower's rates campaign is in full swing. The rating cap bill I
mentioned in last month's report was defeated. The Prime Minister is
calling for an Independent Inquiry into the way rates are structured
which may take the better part of a year to conclude. Meanwhile,
Greypower is circulating a Parliamentary petition to put the rates
issue back in front of a Select Committee. The petition does not
specify what the ratings cap should be and includes a requirement for
the suspension of rating revaluations until new local funding
legislation is put in place.

The government has come up with a KiwiSaver scheme, effective July
1st, 2007, in which employees contribute a portion of their salary
into a retirement savings (much like social security). The
government, as I understand it, will contribute the first $1,000 or
$5,000 if you're a first-time home buyer. Voluntary employer
contributions to the scheme will be exempt from superannuation
withholding tax, although the total exempted amount will be capped.
Dr. Cullen, the Finance Minister, is encouraging employers to use
this scheme as a bargaining tool for their employees, i.e., they give
their employees a lower pay raise (or none at all!) in exchange for
the employer contribution to their savings scheme. The employee has
more money taken out of his paycheck, he gets little to no pay raise
and will be living on less and less money, something Dr. Cullen
conveniently overlooked. However, there is the provision for people
to divert half their personal contribution towards mortgage payments
but with higher and higher interest rates it's difficult to see how
they will be better off.

The Commerce Commission threatened to impose price controls on power
companies when it became aware that Vector (the power company) is
overcharging commercial and industrial customers while Auckland
residential customers are paying less than others, particularly those
in Wellington. In response to this Vector put a freeze on $430
million that was to be used to upgrade their system until they can
come up with an agreement with the Commerce Commission that there be a
stable regulatory environment and an appropriate commercial rate of
return. The shareholders, Vector says, would rather not spend any
more money if a reasonable return is not foreseeable.

Westpac Bank (Australia-owned) made all of its ATMs chip-card capable
last year. The Bank's "head of cards" believes it unlikely banks will
begin issuing smart cards with built-in chips until next year and it
may be 2010 before they are universal. These smart cards are the norm
in Asia and Europe, introduced to combat certain types of fraud, such
as skimming. It was reported last month that some retailers in
Britain and France were refusing to accept bank cards issued by New
Zealand banks.

A story held over from last month: A memo from a traffic sergeant
urging staff to out-ticket rival areas was leaked to the media,
confirming what most of us have always thought -- there is such a
thing as a ticket writing quota and that it's just a money making
exercise. The Minister of Police as well as various police commanders
continue to tell us it's just a matter of "productivity" and not one
of a quota system. But no one is convinced.

AUSTRALIA

I heard a news story on the radio recently that the Howard government
wants to change the law to increase the length of term of federal
representatives. A friend in New Zealand tells me he heard the same
story on SKY News Australia. However, I have been unable to confirm
this either through online newspapers or a contact in Australia.

The Australian government charges people a levy of 1% of incomes as a
penalty for not having private health insurance. This year up to
500,000 people may be forced to pay. The levy was introduced in 1997
to force higher-income earners to buy private health insurance. It is
a 1 per cent levy on the taxable income of singles earning more than
$50,000 or couples earning more than $100,000 if they do not have
private health cover.

FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY DOWN UNDER

Interviewed on the Robyn Williams' radio program, Ockham's Razor, last
Sunday, Melbourne barrister Julian Burnside said:

In late 2005, the Commonwealth Parliament passed draconian
anti-terrorist legislation. One provision allows a member of the
Federal Police to apply for a preventative detention order in relation
to a person. A preventative detention order will result in a person
being jailed for up to 14 days because it is thought that they might
otherwise commit an offence. A preventative detention order is
obtained in secret, without a trial of any sort. The person jailed is
not allowed to know the evidence which was used against them.

People can now be legally 'disappeared' in Australia, and you can be
jailed for publishing the fact.

Another provision allows the Federal Police to obtain a control order,
which can include house arrest for up to 12 months, without access to
telephone or the internet. Control orders are obtained without any
trial, and on secret evidence.

Any challenge to orders like these is likely to be frustrated by the
Attorney-General, who has power to prevent a party from hearing the
evidence against him, or even from hearing the government's
submissions in his case. For example, a recent certificate by the
Attorney-General certifies that disclosure of the contents of the
government's documents in the case would be contrary to the public
interest. And it also certifies that evidence proposed to be adduced
and submissions proposed to be made in the case are of such a nature
that the disclosure would be contrary to the public interest.

And he goes on to withhold his consent to any person representing the
applicant being present in the tribunal while the evidence is given
and the submissions are made. By that certificate he guarantees a
secret trial on secret evidence.

In addition, the Attorney-General can prevent a party from producing
exculpatory evidence in legal proceedings if that evidence might
adversely affect our national security interests. Unfortunately, our
'national security interest' is a defined expression, and the
definition is extremely wide. Revealing the CIA's activities in
Baghdad or Guantanamo Bay is deemed, by the legislation, to affect our
national security interests.

Secret trials on secret evidence are a real possibility in Australia
right now. The legislation which makes it possible is a betrayal of
basic democratic principles. It is a supreme irony that the
legislation which makes it possible has been justified as part of the
war which is supposed to save our democracy from terrorism. Full

Comment: Treasurer and Prime Ministerial hopeful Peter Costello
announced last week that the 'war on terrorism' is likely to last 50
years or more. For an abstract noun, 'terrorism' fights like a Trojan.
Mr. Costello may have to prevail upon Noah Webster to excise it from
the English language.

The Illuminati say truthfully, "It doesn't matter who the people voted
for; they always vote for us" (Illuminati).

PACIFIC ISLANDS

The Tongan King is seriously ill in an Auckland hospital. There is a
close relationship between Tonga and the Maori people. The Tongan
King's daughter attended the Maori Queen's funeral.

Three thousand Fijians are in the British Army, with thousands more
keen to sign up to military and security duty in Iraq.

The military is glorified in American Samoa. They are fiercely proud
of their contribution to the war effort. Many young American Samoans
choose an Army career, one reason is the pay. The country's average
income is US$8,000. The minimum signing on bonus in the Army is
US$5,000 and a private's starting pay is US$17,500. But eight
American Samoan soldiers have been killed in Iraq, the highest per
capita death rate for any US state or territory and doubt is creeping
in. There are pockets of dissent but it is almost always kept
private.
