See... everyone is just excited by the idea of having sexual pleasure and also by attracting anything through manifestation (as many people mistakenly think manifestation means attaining things without doing a hitch of work).
I am in no way dismissing the idea, as from my experience manifestation powers exist. But I think just reaching an orgasm doesn't just put you in connection with the universe/multiverse or whatever. If someone is just having sex for the fulfilment of lustfull intentions and without the ingredient of love then that's something that severly limits one's connetion with the field of all possibilities IMO.
Having looked into many religions I am in no way a commited christian but having had a Catholic upbringing I can assure you that what you say there about the Vatican's idea of sex is totally incorrect. Whoever thaught you that nonsense about the Catholic church is a completely misinformed individual trying to find sensational arguments. Just like Eric Von Daniken used to do to 'prove' that primitive cultures were visited by extra-terrestrial astronauts.
What the church suggests is that sex is only practiced between a man and a woman who are commited in marridge, and that it should be open for life (that is against artificial contraception... which is the point I personally disagree with mostly) & that sex should also be used so that a couple shares love. The church (at least these days) doesn't say sex is filthy (it is even encouraged between a man and woman that love each other) or anything of what you said.
There has never been a religion in history that says that sex is filthy! The nearest exception are some Hare Krishna cults, where a married couple must meditate to achieve purity of soul before intercourse. But that's not because sex is filthy according to their belief, it's because one's intention with sex may be satisfaction of the ego rather than a means of sharing love.
The religion that mostly encouraged sex as a reproductive means was Islam especially during the times of the Holy wars where they simply wanted increase in the Islamic population more soldiers to be 'produced'. Islam however never condemed sex as filthy. In fact a man is allowed by Islam to own 3 female companions.
The idea of sex being held in a married couple was (and still is) popular in Judaism cultures out of which all Monotheist (one God) religions came, but again, the Jews never thought of sex as being filthy. THe one-partner idea was not a religious belief at all. The Jews had a culture with alot of hygenic attitudes, to the extent that one shouldn't even touch a woman in days she is menstruating.
Which just makes me conclude that anything you read about any church (least the Vatican) condemning sex as part of a conspiracy and because of it's hidden manifestation powers is just alot of irresponsible nonsense... it's just sensetionalism some are ready to believe.
Contrary to some claims about this subject, there was once an extensive study about 20 ancient cultures. This studied showed that when a culture with conservative sexual attitudes became more liberal it soon started to perish. The conclusions where that in human society sexual restrictions are a necessity for the survival of the species.
I know that life can seem boring at times, but I suggest it would be wise to use rational judgement when reading about something so sensational.
