Why Praying, Positive Thinking and Visualisations are working/giving great results

Pray for and visualise what you want, and say thanks for that it is happening!
When we ask for something to happen then it is in the future. It hasn’t happened yet. If you continue to hope that something will happen in future, then most people never get as far as making it happen. That’s why it is important to imagine and visualise that it is happening right now. Our sub-conscious works logically. It reacts based on the imaginations and thoughts which are already present. Research shows that our sub-conscious cannot asses whether something is right or wrong or the ethical consequences of our actions. Furthermore, it cannot assess anything whether the mental and emotional connections (our behavioural patterns) are right or wrong, constructive or non-constructive for us.
This is also why it is so important for us in many situations to become conscious of what is going on down in the archives/basement, in other words what is stored of images in our sub-conscious. What has been accepted and what has not been accepted? Are we in balance and harmony with ourselves concerning a decision or an inner conflict? In addition, if we do have an inner conflict a situation will eventually occur resulting in a different outcome than initially planned. Our outer world reflects our inner world. Our thoughts are the map and compass, the landscape and our actions is our real life. When map and terrain do not match, it is caused by something which we did not predict or had been aware of might happen.
In other words: When our real thoughts, feelings and meanings come up to the surface, and when we become conscious and find out which imaginations and preconseptions are stored "in our archives", we also have the possibility to do something about it. This is the same whether blocks and fear or wrong preconseptions cause it. An electrician knows that the current (the energy) must flow freely, thus all the right cables have to be connected together. The same applies to our logical connections and behavioural patterns, consciously or unconsciously.
Words are powerful and may mean more to our sub-consciousness than we realise most of the time. I.e.: When you remove an old program from your computer and install a new one, the computer will follow the new program, the new connections. It reacts logically does not at all assess the moral and ethical quality of your computer program on its own initiative (if it did it would have been programmed to do it). It only does what it has been programmed to do.
Our sub-conscious leads us in accordance to the programmes we have stored there. That is why visualising and other mental exercises may be such good tools in the process to change and development. Both within healing, NLP, Silva Mind, general positive thinking and visualising it is recommended that we imagine and pray to obtain the result we want, and that we visualise that it will happen and that we will receive or experience what we want. At the same time, praying that what will happen is to the benefit of both the totality and us. *
Our sub-consciousness will lead us towards what we have programmed through these images. If you have problems you need to solve during this process to make the right thing happen, you will probably get the right inspiration to do something with this too. (Make the right decisions, meet the right people, get the right information etc.) This is because the "program" on your hard disk leads you in this direction.
* Adding at the end of our wish that all we wish to happen should be to the benefit of ourselves and the totality, does not only secure a good end result, but we also give ourselves the opportunity to steer away from wrong decisions and situations which we do not have any idea about or know about today. This is all about being able to listen to yourself, intuition and heart and be able to receive what life may show us on our way. It is therefore very important to control our target. Is it as good as we thought it to be, does it give us the required result, is this still what we want etc.?
Positive and negative thinking
I am sure that you already have experienced that when you think positively, your actions are, more positive and you are attracted to situations that are more positive. When our thoughts are negative, we will likewise be attracted to negative situations and to people who may not be so good for us. In all honesty, who has not been in this negative self-fulfilling circle?
Consciously or unconsciously both we and our sub-consciousness will automatically steer our actions and thoughts towards the programmes we have stored in our inner "computer", and we can chose if we would like to programme more to the positive disk than to the negative one.
Therefore be conscious. Place yourself in your own positive inner power and strength. Find your gut feeling, trust your heart and intuition. If you feel insecure, take more time and let everything sink down. Do not put anything in motion before you feel secure or that time is ripe to act. When we wish to do something that is good for the totality, then the good forces are with us :-)
