The thing that narks me is his last statement stating that if we all dont behave ourselves especially Marek that even if BNM clears Pips he wont bring it back anyway, sounds like a five year old at school.

At this point the only thing im interested in is at least getting back my original investment, i dont really care if pips comes back or not.

I take your point about HAlotto. I didn't invest anything into it as I decided that I couldn't prove either way if it was above board or not. This means I'm not so annoyed about that point as others will be.

I do wonder if there are legal reasons he cannot say why. But still a "I cannot say anything for legal reasons" might have helped.

methinks it's time to head over to TG,at least you know where they're coming from!!!

PS It is true that nobody is holding me here but I could not see how pure people fall for wrong preaching. PM function is also disable so we can't contact good people privately for any reason. Why is this?

If Merek was wrong and taking advantage of the members post your facts and proof. You always make stupid statements in here about knowing everything but can't back it up. I think your reputation is shot to hell with alot of people and its sad when you loose that. Bryan now has your $$ and your reputation. Go live with it.

I agree wholeheartedly. First, these kind of conversations were not to be helt in public. Second, mail, chat and (certainly this public) forum are about the worst possible means of communication and one can't overestimate what could have been avoided (or done in a more clear context) if good communication had been possible.

The perfect investigation result will be for Marsden to be found guilty and jailed for a very long time AND for the BNM to announce that there is just enough money left after investigation expenses to make those who are not in profit whole...then it is OVER.
