Good for you, Marek. It was absolutely the right thing to do.

It's about time we had some FACTs. It's just such a shame that it had to be teased out of BM, rather than him being open about it from the start.

Believe what you will about BM, I can only quote him on this one...

Alright, it's not the light I expected, but now I have seen it, I can move on.

Well you sure love to give your point of view ..when you know nothing about what is going on right in front of your face ... Think as you will it is your choice ... but think of all the people this is going to affect -

should of been muck ,much , more thought into this than what was done

All the people this is going to affect? I'm one of those. As are all the new suckers being lured into BM's scams.

Marek has shown us what is happening. BM's response has shown his true colors. It is what it is.

What I think is a shame is that Bryan has been here at RC for a long time as Barry James, seeing the members questions for update, and then don't bothered about them at all.

It's ok with an update wich says, sorry, I don't have any news. Even he knew that BNM wasn't finished yet. And we still have to wait for a long time until the Pips case is solved/the investigation is finished.

I am not impressed over Bryans lack of communication, nor that he is blaming others and projecting his responsability over to others. It is to easy and too imature to blame others when things doesn't go your way.

I was one of the many who really worked to help the BM Helpfund. I was shocked when I learned that Bryan used a lot of the BM Helpfund money to pay the lawyers who helped him to start/clear HA Lotto. I stopped to help imidiadedly. Because members where donating to help the Pips case/Lawyers to help us all, and not HA Lotto.

If the BM Helpfund money strictly had been used to help pay the Pips Lawyers - as promised, we could still have had the BM Helpfund.

Bryan has done a lot of good things, but he has also made some wrong choices and need to live with that. In respect for all those who belived in him and tried to help, the least he could do is taking the responability for his own actions, instead of blaming others.

I have no idea if Bryan still have Lawyers taking care of our Pips Case. If he hasn't, because he cannot pay them, he cannot blame none of us. We tried to help, we did send money. (Support4PIPS) And many of us stopped when we realised he was misusing our money.

It doesn't matter if he says that Pips Aid/HA Lotto was a part of Pips. The money was STRICTLY to help pay the Lawyers who took care of of our Pips case towards BNM and the Malaysian Authorities.

No Bryan has only himself to blame, and probably some of the people who gave him the wrong advises too.

It's time for Bryan to look at himself in the mirror.

Be aware of that all that is happening know, is that the truth finally is revealed and someone is holding a mirror in front of Bryan so he can face himself.

Beeing responsable for helping us to get our Pips money back is Bryans first, second and last responsability.

I truly wish Bryan hadn't waisted nor his 1000 hour times or the members money on HA Lotto. He would have been far better focusing and working on the Pips case alone, and we could have continued to help him. Marek was one of the many sending Bryan money and encouraging people to help.

So please don't blame anyone else than Bryan himself for letting us down.

I do hope he will be strong enough to raise again and focus on the Pips case. I'm not asking for getting Pips back. All I want is my principle back.

I am happy if I get my principle back. I know there are not enough money to pay us the earnings. But as long as we get our principle back, we should be happy. It's far better than nothing at all.....

Your post is very true and thanks for sharing your experience with us.

The sad thing here is that BM has been able to hide his true colors for so long. However, I have said it in the past and I will say it again, Bryan did blame and accused the members for attacking him during the golden days in PIPS. Very few members would take it as a warning, and we were faced with his lies when he told us about the 5ytp guarantees, that picpay funds and available accounts were safe, and I guess that most members believed in his story when he told us that picpay were backed by gold in Australia.
Think about it, why do you think that so many of the PIPS management fled the vessel during the first part of 2005?....could it be that they found out all the lies that were floating around. My guess is that they realized that the true story would come to the surface sooner rather than later, and decided to part form the Marsdens!....simple logics!
Hopefully we will have the full and true story when the NB has finished their investigation. However, my experience is that it can be a very difficult and long-lasting task, sometimes years!
