Has PIPS run out of money ?

NOw i'm not stating a fact here, its only a question.
Is it possible that PIPs has run out of money and therefore cant pay us ?
Its intersting to note that restaurants are being built, but we arent getting paid.
I mean you need money to pay its members. I thought it was a bit odd that the LOAN HISTORY FUND was taken down before the old forum was closed down.

Edit: I'm afraid your query has already been answered by your very own given admittance as you yourself accepted the fact that it has NOT since more projects/buildings were increased. When a query is raised and only to be followed by an answer from the same postee, it is on a path for stirring unwarranted speculation/insinuation this forum fully disappprove nor want any part of it.
