Thread: Merchant orders to be cancelled from May up until 18th July

Hi everyone, i have just received an email from Picpay and they have stated that i will need to cancel all my orders up until 18th July, has anyone else received this email.

The english was not too good on the email, as to whether it was just unverified merchants.

Ehhh? What do you mean? I have ordered a camera and still waiting for the past 6-8 weeks! I do not want to cancel mine unless PICPAY writes me a confirmation email asking us to do it then I will cancel the order otherwise no no no.

i sent an email to Faizal on Monday night USA time, Intan has responded this morning informing me to do this. Why would he make it up?

The reason i beleive this is because my withdrawals to verified merchants made Monday 25th July evening are not showing on the order status page of Picpay now, they only show on the account information.

I would copy the email and post it but not sure if i am allowed.

That would really be annoying. I've been waiting on some stuff since May 28th, it's all verified and all that, just waiting for the merchant to get their WD approved. Now the order might be cancelled and I go to the back of the queue again??

It was for a voucher that I really really really wanted to get before September. I never thought for a minute that I wouldn't get it in time, now I doubt I will.

it may or may not be a problem

I'd rather be deep in a line that is moving than first in a line that is stopped.

News of this sort is neither good nor bad, till we see the results.

Looking at the other orders i have made and contacting the merchants, it looks like it is only the unverified merchants. So i have 5 orders from merchants to cancel.

Perhaps we all have to e-mail them. I doubt we will receive auto generated ones like we do when buy units.

Pity - oh dear another example of info coming from third parties. Surely it's better to wait until we are told officially, why can they not put up an announcement in our PPay that way, we would all know what to do - for goodness sake it's not rocket sicenc just simple programming.

Sorry guys, I am only writing what was sent to me in an email from Picpay. The orders that i have placed on Monmday and Tuesday this week , i have received a confirmation email from Picpay, and that did not happen before!

An order i placed on 5/26 with MJE is going to be cancelled The MJE website says that picpay will be cancelling the orders so i dont know about individual members havig to do anything.
