Thread: OK I'm back

I know its a little less than 2 months, I'm just amazed why Bryan can't come out and say something or a little hint.

I know alot of legit companies if they were in trouble their CEO would at least send out a newsletter of some sort to let the stockholders or employees know what is happening and where the company stands.

Its funny Bryan posted left and right about the lotto and was on the forum everyday promoting it but now he is gone and hasn't post one thing to let everyone know he is around and maybe give us a hint of what is happening.


How much more do you guys want to wait?? Want to wait till Christmas again like you did last year only to be dissapointed? Want to wait till 2007 like you did for 2006 hoping it was the year we would all be celebrating?

Should we wait till next summer?

I do have a lawyer in mind, his firm specialize in these kind of cases, I will email and ask them if anything can be done?

Its already being handled legally. So why use a lawyer ? Can that make the investigation go away?

I am londoncabbie and I would be interested in what your lawyer can do about what has happened to Pips. Please respond buy telling me what you think can happen to restore Pips so we can reach our goals.

No lawyer will be given his time as far as the investigation and its progress is concerned. A lawyer has no legal jurisdiction and no right to interfere with the investigation. Remember, it is government who is investigating, not a private firm.

Sending in lawyers will slow it down. BNM would tell them nothing but would have to waste time dealing with them, so what's the point?

BNM will be done when they are done. Until then there is NOTHING we can do. As for the outcome? Who knows! They've taken a year or so already. I don't know if this is good or bad.

Hey Crazy, what will happen if you decide to not wait? What are you going to achieve if you decide to act? My point is that you have no option but to wait, and for some people that is hard to accept, but perhaps you have to face reality sometimes. A person can rant and rave all they like about taking action, but when push comes to shove they will not speed the process up one iota and will not learn anything about the investigation and its finish date that they don't already know. Save the money that you would have spent on lawyers and invest in the next 'good' investment opportunity to come along. Might make you a return and put a smile on your face!!!!

Even if you were to take some legal action now, I don't think
it will do PIPS and us good.
Might as well stay cool, and wait for the investigation report.

Do what you have to do, its about time somebody does, BTW, i dont by that crap anymore about it slowing things down. We may in fact have rights to certain information that only a lawyer can obtain.
