Default some help with my account

I paid my membership and also put in extra funds. I did it via picpay wire transfer. I thought I set up my account for all the funds. My account is showing the membership money and its working, the extra funds I put in are showing in my account overview but are not in showing in the re-investment program. I again tried to buy units but it won't allow me to do it.
Do you have to wait extra time for money other than membership to show up in the re-investment program?

Any help would be greatly apprietated

Ermmm I'm going to attempt to answer this although I'm not entirely clear what it is that you are asking.

The money that you have invested will take some time to build up in order to provide a 'reloan' pool. If you had loaned the basic amount then that would mean that you wouldn't get a reloan pool until your 2nd month (I think, it's been a while).

In order to buy more units you need to put the amount of units in the available box and 'click' outside of that area so that the amount in money shows in the total field and select the payment method.

I will try to better state my question.
I paid one lump sum to pips, it was enough for my membership plus more money to put into the re-investment program.
When I look at my re-investmentn plan it just shows the membship money.
When I look at my account summary I can see the extra money I put in but it is not being shown in the re-investment program.

I got an automated e-mail from pips saying that I bought a loan, shown for the extra amount, but I don't see it on the re-investment program.

Any help would be good, I am totally new to this and I am not familiar with how it all works.

    thanks for your help

Maybe someone could give Islandguy a hand with this as I'm not clear..

BTW make sure that you have changed your % to 100%- 0% reloan in your profile settings as the default is 0%-100% reloan

If you use Firefox when you are trying to buy units, change to IE.

My guess is that your extra funds has bin put in the Available funds account. When you buy units you have to pay from your Available Funds, not from the other options.

    Hope this helps!

Remember also to put your account on 100% re invest...

    Default Buying units

FoxFire work fine for buying units on the new site, it didn't work on the old site. I have bought units several times since the site changed and FoxFire worked just fine.

Default thanks for the help and support

My account seems to change almost everyday, I think thats because I am such a new member and they are getting it sorted out. I don't know for sure. As for right now. In my loan fund summary It shows my paid membership and the correct left over money sitting next to Picpay.
Active loan records shows both moneys, one row has my membership money transaction date/ref#/quantity/start date/mature date.
Another row has my other moneys with the same info.
At the bottom of the page it tells me how many units I have.

Now I go to the "view ROL"
I have it set to 100%-0%
Ahh ha, I think I just figured it out, I don't see any moneys in there that match any "loans" but the quatity of units seems correct enough. I guess its working.

thanks for your support, doing this for the first time without anyone to talk too, get support from, is very frustrating. Thanks again for the help.
