I sure don't want to be a wet blanket and spoil the party......But are you sure the email came from his lender and not from Picrealty, there are lots of members in (usa) posting they got the email but their lender has not received the money and some said that their lender would not accept wire transfers.

Heres hoping that your email came from your lender.

They didn't say but it seemed that they had a lot of problems with the lender concerning the whole Pxxs realty deal, like not faxing any of their information to Malaysia. go there and read its on the Pxxs thread

Yes, it can be "ouchy" taking on your Big Daddy when "extra" revenue comes to be snatched... they run your country and own/issue your passport too, remember?

The thought to thiis alternative is a wise move...i.e. why I kept hinting, if PicRealty go bust after only a few months collecting your PiPs portions (that constituted the 10%) , bloody lucky YOU for getting off the hook earlier and go scot-free!!!...Who knows...anything is plain possible with current uncertainties and lack of guarantees these days!
