Everything was out of control and it was all a disaster waiting to happen. Merchants will have to be well established and prove it conclusively before they are reverified. The merchants who got in to cash out and make a quick buck will be out in the cold. Not condeming those that did or say it is right, but protecting PIPS is first priority.
Should this have all been decided before Picpay was even open to Merchants. Yes, as a former teacher it is much easier to establish the rules in the beginning, then to have to create new ones later on. To give PIPS the benefit of the doubt, they probably never imagined merchants selling gift cards and every Johnny come lately trying to get a piece of the pie. But it is not just the gift cards. What is to prevent any merchant from making a prearrangment with someone else of instead of selling him a car or other big item just cut him a check and make a little profit for his troubles? NO REASON, that is why PIPS had to shut everything down and only deal with real merchants in the future.
If you are aiming that question at me!Quote:
So how long have you been in business, as i have noticed that you are still verified
We have been in business for over 10 years and have 3 seperate businesses.
As to our verification "to be honest" I dont know the answer maybe it is because as soon as things happened I got onto p**p** and asked them why and of what assistance I could be in helping to speed things up, did as they asked and am at present still here.
If you ordered from me in June "thank you" appreciate the business.
Regards G
my merchant, MS-Supply, is still verified, but has pulled all the visa cards. He is just listing gift cards and some products. I e mailed him, and he said orders are still coming in. Picpay said all orders Before july 19 will be cancelled....merchants have to re-verify, and he has all his paperwork in already.
Man I hope they fix this! I want another card! That Home Depot card I got in June from him was just what I needed, and I was having high hopes for more soon.
I have 2 orders -- one for visa gift card and one for mastercard gift card-- that haven't been refunded to my picpay acct.
Should I contact my merchant and change the orders to store gift cards?
Can we order the store gift cards and other merchandise still?
The virtual dead stop of withdrawls and members getting paid broughtQuote:

No, I am in agreement. Get rid of the merchants and get your house
in order with the members, but since it has already been set up, accepted then it has to be maintained. Or, at the very least give a valid detailed reason for why it is being discontinued. We hear brief snippets of information from PIPS-USA, DBR, and some merchants themselves. Nothing has came from the horse's mouth. Notta... nothing... and I don't buy the mums the word because the TG people will say something. Boo hoo... another blank knee jerk reaction. Big deal if it gets posted elsewhere. A need to send information to the members outweigh the bit of TG time. Personally, the lack of information is more of a feeding frenzy to other groups and it being a scam.
I am tired of the lack of information... the total disregard for the members.
Scam or not, it is not a good business practice.
Ahmen.. we need that update that was promised last week.
It is now Tues. Very unfair.
But we are a strong group and we believe in the company.
the company needs to believe in it's investors and give back now.
