Thread: When will the investigation be over?

Those who attend the meeting with BNM in malaysian why not ask BNM when the investigation will be over?

good Idea Flora. It sure would be nice if soon.

But I was told by a malaysian friend who attended the meeting that PIPS IS OVER!

Could be weeks or months.Nobody really has a clue

Best to move on, if it comes back all good and well but don't rely on it. Think the worst hope for the best.

What FACTS do they have to make such a STATEMENT??

Hi,
Whether PIPS is Over or not none really knows. But it is as good as gone for all practical purposes, I feel.

If it is over, then why haven't we heard anything official yet?
Don't you think we should just wait?
I know it's been a year now, and that is a good indication that things aren't going so well, but at least wait to hear from BNM.
All of the rest could be just hearsay.
Who really knows?

I think that in a sense PIPS probably is over, PIPS in its original form that is.
Bryan Marsden informed us a while back of the need for a restructured version of PIPS
and that he was working on it. So I think that in itself tells something?
In case you missed that flora, Bryan also assured us that none of us would be starting from scratch in the modified program. However, nobody knows if that also means the full dollar value of our old accounts. My guess is that it does not and it will be a case of carrying on with the equivalent number of units we each had. But that is another subject and we wont know until this current mess has been dealt with.
