Did anybody else hear of Bill Posters? I heard he was one of the people that initiated the investigation on PIPS and was a merchant in PicPay. Her claims to have recordings of the investigations. I fully support Bryan incase you are wondering.

Bill Posters is one of the former Picpay merchants who initiated the letter of complaint to BoN. He also hosted the infamous "PIPS" call back on Sept 24, where he claimed to have direct contact with the senior investigator at BoN and that PIPS is the "biggest scam of all time". He is an investor himself who lives in Panama and has his own investment company, AARFunds. Add a dot com to that and you can review his site. He has been actively recruiting PIPS members into his own program. Personally, I think his own agenda is crystal clear.

For a prudent business owner
If you own the business, would you stop everything for internal audit
if you think that there are errors/abuse in the system, to check and balance if your accounts payables are more than your accounts receivables to trigger
that the business is losing and not making any profit.
Do you think that there were merchants who shipped the products/service(s)
first without going to the right process of being paid before the Picpay
Dept audited whether a buyer's picpay account is clean or not and this
affected other merchants who did the right thing of shipping the
goods when paid by picpay.
If this is what happened to the picpay merchant dept, then it was not a viable option to be added with the PIP/PICPAY operations because it would have been draining the financial resources of the business.Last edited by skylark58; 03-11-2005 at 06:39 PM.
