But still, i am sick and tired myself off the whole BNM!
I wish there was a way we could put hell lots of pressure on them.

Still not recommended to do this i guess, but it make me very with their way of slowly treating our case. IMHO BMN consists of very Incompetent People!...

It is hard to believe they need a whole year plus to look at the books... They must have hired one accountant just out of school to figure out the books... I'm exaggerating of course but it is frustrating... Meanwhile does the Bank make interest on PIPS financial accounts? ...Just wondering... The whole deal just sucks.. There, I have given balance to the optimists on this thread.. Not that I am a pessimist... We just need to have a balance in opinions here. LOL

I agree that PIPS has at least a chance of coming back, but probably not for a long time in the future, so for now I'll consider the 10k that I added before it crashed as a loss. Hopefully something good will come out of all of this.

Incompetent People are dealing with our case and money in BNM!
If and i hope pips comes clean, I hope BM sue's BNM for the looses of 1 full year of Income for pips and for us.

Its nearly impossible to win such a case over BNM as its their country's law, But havent we all lostnearly 1 full year of our %, by BNM messing this whole situation up, and prolonging the investigations for a long time.

Something needs to be done with the BNM drama! Sick and tired of their handeling of this case.

Its probably just my anger twards BNM talking here.

Thanks for the update, but good grief!! What sort of operation is this BNM?? Can you imagine a bank in the US or the UK taking this long over reviewing an account? They'd be looking at a major lawsuit against them in any other country, I'm sure!! What are they using to figure this out? An abbacus without enough beads on it??? I'm sure they are doing 'quite nicely' on the interest they are making on PIPS frozen assets, so why hurry when there's a good chance the account will be switched over to another bank when this is all over... If I were Bryan, I sure wouldn't be dealing with them again...

    Cheers! great post.

We should hire lawyers, File our problems with each and every Embassy of our country and have them put pressure on BNM, and look for people with some knowledge of their law, and kick BNM's A**!

Sorry for stating something like this. But enough is enough!
I am sure we will not do any off the above things i meantioned, and that is why you all have to wait it out. IF we ever were serious about what i have mentioned, i am sure BNM would treat this case much faster when several laywers, embassies of our countries are pressuring them.

They should know that their "bigbrothers is around to look over them", so they can pull their fingers out off their ***, and finish this investigation.

I just hope and pray it doesn't turn out like gins. Drug it on. Take it to court.
Mess up and around abit. Find it guilty with no prove or evidence. Close the programme down. We apeal. and it goes on forever. I really hope it doesn't happen to us. We have a lot of money tied into this.At least we should have our capital back.I still think BM has a resposibility
of pushing them for the members if he has nothing to hide. But again he wasn't paying for nearly a year.I think there is more to this than just an investigation. I don't believe we know all the facts.???????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????./

Default BNM is it a bank or a farm?

You think it's a bank, but the way they are milking the investagation makes me wonder. Glass of milk anyone? I am glad we passed our one year inspection...and hope we get to drive the PIP train again. Thanks for staying on top of this for us!
