If there is something to prove and the core lies with gaining attention...that's a bargaining chip with most which I as one, don't see the need to seek for...nothing like Self satisfaction in silence....and watch with hearts content! No need to prove to anyone... that is success with loyalty and complete secrecy when seeking a good source for confidentiality...
Again, some would have no clue where or what I'm onto...but then again... it doesn't bother me at all either what one can or cannot follow...tragic isn't it for those that squirm in trying to comprehend...LoL.
Whether IB has a point to conclude his perception on current circumstances... I wouldn't see the need to even mail it to the rest or to even another person...I'd rather make that expensive call and spill out..hopefully, it doesn't get recorded...

Beautifully phrased Yogi...and thanks for your comment.
Have a good one,

Did not mean to break the rules, my apologies. I had seen other emails posted before. I only included paragraphs that mentioned PIPS and posted them unaltered. No alterior motives here, only seeking insight.Quote:

Really? What do you mean by "not in line with the rules"? What specific rule or rules are you referring to? Thanks.Quote:

Progress on Implementation of Framework for Investment Banks
Bank Negara Malaysia and the Securities Commission wish to announce today that significant progress has been achieved in relation to the evolution of investment banks in the Malaysian financial sector. All banking groups have submitted their applications to Bank Negara Malaysia and the Securities Commission, and have obtained the requisite approvals from the Minister of Finance to transform the merchant banks, stockbroking firms and discount houses within the group into investment banks.
Banking groups are now undertaking the necessary legal process towards completing the rationalisation exercise. Pending the completion of the legal process, merchant banks, stockbroking firms and discount houses within banking groups shall continue to operate as separate legal entities. Stand-alone discount houses are also given the same flexibility to complete their transformation process into investment banks. The transformation process into investment banks is expected to be completed by 31 December 2006.
In relation to the universal brokers, Bank Negara Malaysia and the Securities Commission have completed the due diligence exercises on these entities. The universal brokers are now in the process of submitting their applications to become investment banks to Bank Negara Malaysia and the Securities Commission. They are however given the flexibility in determining the timeframe required for their transformation into investment banks.
The transformation of the abovementioned capital market intermediaries into investment banks is on course towards completion. The additional time given to the capital market intermediaries will facilitate the smooth transition of these players into investment banks, whilst achieving the objective of creating capital market intermediaries that are more effective, efficient and resilient in this changing domestic and international economic environment.

Hopefully pips isn't on the outside looking in.
If not. This. Is good.
Would PicPay be able to take advantage of this? All are funds are in PicPay. Can PicPay be called a bank in any way?
It would be nice if some knowledgable person would advise us as to the possible outcome of this information with special reference to Pips.
