I received this e-mail from a fellow e-markeeter who has been successful on the internet and a former PIPS loaner. I don't agree with his assessment of Brian since he never met the man nor partook in any of the meetings in and around Chicago, IL. I only pass this on because it has been circulated and Gary's e-mail was included.
If Ken's basis for his statements are a result of Gary's memo then he may or may not know what he is talking about.
I will let you all be the judge. In the meantime I will keep hoping and praying that PIPS will become a Phoenix and rise from the ashes.

"1. Biggest scam of 2005
In my opinion the biggest scam of 2005 is the PIPS
program. Therefore, the biggest scamster is Bryan
Marsden. A review of his "forum" indicates that many
remain hopeful that something positive will happen.
More knowledgeable and realistic folks have accepted
their loss many months ago. It is amazing that Marsden
still enjoys his freedom after perpetrating one of the
biggest schemes in history. Marsden is a psychotic
thief and the most complete report can be viewed
at this website....

Here are comments from PIPS Trust Manager Owen Brown. These are
excerpts from his notice of resignation which he sent in August, 2005.
"During my short time with PIPS, I have encountered a fundamental
difference of opinion with the decisions taken by Bryan and Sharon.
The direction they have taken the program is a one way road to disaster.
The management decisions are nothing short of mystifying and dumbfounding."
"Bryan's 'Genie in the bottle' is dead, not that it ever
existed. There is also no evidence of any investments in
the last 18 months that have been in place that would be
of any benefit to members."
"To say I'm devastated would be an understatement. I went to
Malaysia to become part of something sensational, instead I
arrived to find myself in the middle of a ponzi scam in its
death throes."
