some update!!!

Last week when i went to LOT 10 Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), suprisingly i saw the PIPS Baji outlet at the 3rd floor next to ISETAN entrance. It was closed but all the apparel still inside the outlet. There is a notice sticked on the door, taught is a bad sign. I go nearby and read....guess wat???

The notice was issued by the local authority,it stated that PIPS was entitled to conduct a promotion (forgot about the date).

I just want to share what i saw wt all of u. Hope everyone that are having solid info can share here too.

Yes...SALES!!! and i can see from outside the price of the clothes there are quite cheap, range from RM100++ only.

Well, Billionaire, this could be good news or not news at all.

It all depends on the date of the notice.

It appears you are in Malaysia.....is it possible for you to go back and look more closely at the notice?

If the date is recent, then yes, this would be GREAT news!

But it all depends on the date.

The Sales "promotion" as it is duly interpreted is the kinda sales that is the season sales and that it can also mean, buy it now while stocks last!!!

Also, a pre-emptive move to closing business and unless all property dealings are finalised, tax, utilities used, rental etc, it remains unmanaged (for STAFF are not around if and when salary are not secured and paid out) but billing stacks up nonetheless....

Now, thats my independant opinion ok guys... you have yours, all are welcome but no need to scoff others including yours which I won't either....

There are a lots rumours that said PIPS was a scam.

Just wondering why the outlet was still exist if PIPS have been found is a scam company. If i'm not mistaken the shop have been started it business since last year. Why not action been taken until now???

Furthermore, i did not see any notice regarding the investigation or any court order on the door.

Some laws of countries such as where you are in, varies with many others when displaying notices of various kinds related to "winding up" a business individually.

It can be detrimental, in the public eye, if a message that is put up by authorities can lead to defamation charges later in court, which local authoritiees are careful not to be too law wielding in their claims or handing down definitions of their actions...prematurely.

However, and whatever the current malaise is posing, in the public eye, I suggest you take count of the days or weeks to come and make your way back to this one Baji outlet again.

Am really amazed at the impatience of people. Why can you guys not leave admin alone and just wait as I do. I depended on the payments much, as I was starting to add them up before I would withdraw.

Why wsould BM even still talk today if there were no chance, and if it was a legal irregularity to ultimately end the existence. His hands are tied just as are ours.

It will come if justice prevails.
