Let's say to inform people who put money in Halotto about the status of it?
I never saw anybody acting like Bryan, dissapearing when their programs don't work. This is the rooth of his problems, one would thought that he will learn from PIPS's closure, but he didn't change a bit.

may be he got the problem.

That means that I, as well as several of my friends, can now
continue with the plans we had prior to the slowdown of Pips!

Between all of us we have enough credit to start the project, but
we were hesitant to begin due to lack of funds to back up the
money we were borrowing, but since you have brought us this
wonderful news, I see no reason to not proceed!

You will certainly be recognized once our results,
from our decision to go ahead, come to be!

Please be careful about using credit/borrowing funds when you are depending on the unfounded opinion of a member that Pips will be back so soon. Please wait until we hear from Bryan and only Bryan!
