who is investigating PIPS

I want to know if they are being investigated than where is the info on it and who is doing it, is there any links or info. If you go to the bnm site http://www.bnm.gov.my/ this is all you see

WHAT Relevant Authorities

There have been so many people looking already into this, playing sherlock holmes, and coming back with NO answer that anything else is more useful, I think (but you can always try and convince me of being wrong ;).
My advise is: wait as this is not in our hands... and do yourself as much good in the meanwhile.
Fwiw... if you want to know if this investigation is real... search the forum for 'swedish embassy' and... if you believe what you find... it should give (at least gave me) some comfort to 'let it be' and 'see' as 'future will tell'.

What Relevant Authorities?

The authorities of Malaysia. It has been said frequently on this forum. BN is conducting the investigation, when they are finished they will hand over their findings to the Relevant Authorities for them to make a decision.

Authorities of Malaysia ok I get that but I searched last night for hours and I found no info on any investigation other than what the bank has on there site.

I would imagine that the "relevant authorities" are authorities that are involved which is more than likely a world wide investigation. This probably NOT just a local Malaysian investigation but world wide.

So is it INTERPOOL

You dont mean that you actually put that much into Pips did you? Its an investigation. Most government agencies will not disclose information until and investigation is over. But I am sure Malaysian authorities are working with others around the world. I would imagine that the MAJOR issue is taxes.

Everything gos back to the internet if any investigation is ongoing thay have to tell us at lest that there is somthing, my friend is a state's investigator in florida and we know about all the cease and desist orders from states in the US, here is one link http://www.dced.state.ak.us/pub/Pips.pdf

This refers to a group of people who were selling PIPS to people in a way that BM did not aprove of either
Also ,snice my account number is low ,I should by this reasoning I should have made a lot of money .I mean if it is a PONZI.BUT GUESS WHAT ?I haven't gpot $.01 out of it.

I hope pips comes back too, i had over $15,000 in pending withdrawls when it shut down. I was unemployed for 2 years and got myself in debt trying this and other things to make money on the internet with little return. I would love to be able to be able to get out of my parents house and get my own place and ask my girlfriend to marry me, but that seems like a distant dream.

The only ones who can definitely tell what other authorities are involved and how far they are with their investigation is Bank of Negara. Maybe Bryan could tell us more but he isn't allowed to.

Anything else is mere speculation - but it's still sensible to have on eye on this forum and browse it from time to time. If there"s something new you will sure find it here!

And be assured that we are ALL eagerly waiting for the end of the investigation, or for some official news from BoN. I did not have as much money in PIPS as you had. My account was worth about USD 30,000 at the time BoN stepped in, and I had about USD 6,000 in pending withdrawals with PicPay. But I could well use this money!!!

I still hope that we are going to be paid some time. But all we can do now is wait and see! And keep our eyes open for other chances. Love, Antje

What she meant is more than fact that her ROI or ROL would by now (perhaps much more) accumulated to that amount since she started either with a $450 start or a little more. if she had $2500 or $6000 or $10K started, and she started just after the Langkawi Convention, she may well, like many others, be rockin and fretting and getting mighty FIDGETY with her butts sitting on at least $1,2 million monthly withdrawals....yup. thats a MIGHTY BIGGISH HOPE so many waiting in queue are getting to feel ...like being burned, incinerated if you like.... into millions in ashes...:rofl: :rofl:

Why all this speculation. No facts are known and none will be available as long as the bank investigates. They do Not submit info before completion.

Let's use a little common sense, not hopeful wishing, don't you think?

Sorry, but I really think we should stop all the speculating that is done. We just do not have the facts to ask the right questions, and neither do we have the facts to answer them.

Let's be patient and supportive to BM at this point and give him courage. If you get always bombarded with negative news, how would you feel, especially if in your heart you know you have tried all you can to be fair and responsible?

I must say, Peterben, I agree with pretty well everything you say. If everyone held with your opinion and, indeed, my own then we would eradicate negative comments from this forum. Naturally, I would not wish to eradicate freedom of expression but I am sure opinions can be expressed without negativity
