Is there a place where i can read about the new system VAT???

Not anymore... VAT removed the updates from their site.

Do a search on google for Vat products. It's a platform that'll hopefully sort out the backlogs very quickly if and when it's implemented. 8)

ah! ok I did a seach on the web and found out its a pay system mostly advertised pre-paid cards. This will be very interesting once it comes into play :)
