Why I think so... just happens draining down by a system crash to the sewers of forgetfullness (oh well damn at three in the morning). I could post this more eloquently and with citations of the words of yours I specifically felt like replying to... but our mighty murphy choose otherwise. Well, so be it.
In short, rabit...
First, you're not the first to try such. Even the Swedish embassy did. conclusion was always the same. Even if you don't make things worse, you learn nothing more than when you wait.
For a crowd of members here you are just yet one other in an endless row of pipsters trying... And while I appreciate your enthusiasm, be carefull not to hit the tree too hard that stopped all the others... or even better listen to those who have seen the others fail. So your healthy gusto doesn't turn into hybris... as you know arrogance leads to the fall.
Second, how you deal with retrieving information re Pips is not just your business. This is no child play where you can only burn yourself. The membership will have to suffer the consequences of the mistakes you might make. So... I don't think you should blame anybody for there reactions...
Anyway... yet again I see people failing to 'read between the lines' of what the others want to say just because we are so full of themselves... or of what they feel and believe. And such discussions hardly reach any point. Hope we'll ever learn.
May the force of patience be with us (and yes... me in particular too as no, I don't consider myself so much better than the others).
And I hope through the frustration of my crash-vanished thoughts at least something of value has reached this board and you, rabit, in particular.
Take care & good night,
Hasse

Everthing seems to be perfect while on the planning stage...then with a blink of an eye...dreams were shattered.Perhaps, this is what life's all about.walking on cloud today... the follwing day...find oneself drowning in a lake of mud.A huge frustrations with all these infinite speculations and teasings.

I’m sorry that you are constantly having to clarify what you actually mean in your posts.
Whether one goes with your intended meaning or my interpretation of your words, essentially what I said still stands.
Example: you said: "If I were to represent myself against Pips and Pureinestor or hire a lawyer, the Bank Negara would have no choice but to provide "disclosure" of certain pertinent information. (...)”
In fact what you say is incorrect.
Bank Negara would not have to disclose anything pertinent from their investigation to you or a lawyer representing you. How do I know this to be fact? Well ‘here in Canada’ a group of Pipsters I had some connection to, attempted what you claim you can do. After some discussion with high level Bank Negara officials the large, international law firm reported back that they had been unsuccessful in obtaining any useful information from BNM and advised against perusing the matter at this time. As a matter of fact I made mention of this in a post a short while back.
I will not dance around the mulberry bush playing word games with you.
You ask me to get my facts straight. Well perhaps you should get your facts straight.
I recommend you discuss the matter with a lawyer well versed in international law and familiar with these situations. If after that you still believe you’re right and have some spare cash, then by all means go ahead and test it.

The problem would have to be brought before the World court. Panama company with funds and property held in BNM. The press and news of such a filing may put enough pressure on BNM to get something done. Costs would be pretty high for such a filing and may take a few months.
This should have been started back in August of 2005! Which brings up other problems like 1) Why were all the funds in one bank!!!? 2) Why were there not backup systems (servers) in another country? 3) Why were the managers of such departments not on a TIGHT leash? 4) Why were the funds scheduled for withdrawal not transfered to a distribution account away from the main accounts? If the investor accounts are still making money, 5) Where are these accounts and if Bryan does not have control of these accounts, who has control? i.e. the 3% accounts in China? The Bistro accounts, the Fashion accounts, etc. need I go on? WILL BRYAN HAVE TO FILE LAW SUITS AGAINST OTHER INDIVIDUALS TO GET CONTROL OF THESE ACCOUTS, ALSO? Or, does the Bank have these accounts tied up with PIPs? Seems like we are getting the "Tip of the Information Iceberg" so to speak AND no one has any control, and no one can really help. Good luck all... I think we will need a little more than we have now.
