Carmhim, to answer your question itself: the withdrawal you requested probably/sure didn't go to the wrong address but just didn't take place because at that time there was already a very long delay which in the end never got resolved. More: since last summer, PIPS is under investigation (no need to panic (yet)... it's wait and see right now)... so the program is no longer functional... and it's no use to try and notify them about a change of address. But remind it for when, if ever and under whatever form it would return.

There were too many good and calculated "guesswork" and we still witness with some to this very date but those that you refer as highly delusional... one think for sure, they did not go up as "puff" with smoke but stayed away for the better...runnining out of hypothesis and predictions that now led to many with speculating innuendos and assumptions...

Arc... we all have a wishful thinking here... that those "regarded" as close to BM would eventually show up... those that are... in good guises... watch their lingo, however plain and easy to follow so you can see and read easily... like it should.

The funny part is that when we did put down things that were true, no one believed them or they were attacked (because they don't want members to know what happened.)
