why does this forum close a topic or delete post that are negative to BM?

Can the admin or mods of this forum please, in kindly words explain me why are you people sensoring other rolclub member for stating and saying their opinions regarding wether or not they have been scammed by BM?

Is this forum in confabulation with Bryan Mardsen so every post that show any single negative commentary or statment against Bryan Mardsen must be censored?

Please explain, kindly why is this happening here?

In my opinion the ROLCLUB admin should hold any BAN or ADVERTISEMENT from the new Venture of Bryan Mardsen till the PIPS situation clear up and come up with a clear view of what have happened from the Legal and local authorities (Bank Negara of Malasya)

PS: The last sentense was my opinion and is for debate, so if you delete this post you will clearly answer my question, if not you still need to answer me literally. Thanks

1. As yet there is no EVIDENCE of a scam-just conjecture and opinion as the investigation is still ongoing.

2. If you trawl thru many of the topics and posts you will see a great deal of opposing views which haven't been deleted - deletions only occur when posting rules are ignored - it would pay to read these before posting!

Regardless of your opinion of BM, only time will tell. It's a free country, if we choose to be "kool-aid drinking sheep" or "cheerleaders" or "nay-sayers" or "fence sitters" it's our own choice. When its crunch time we are all still PIPS investors waiting for money. I am not admin or a mod, here's what I think about what you've post regarding deletion of negative comments about BM.

In a forum, it is a chance for members to voice their opinion. In a debate, there are always two sides, one pro and one against. But your statement csa1234 makes it sound like this forum is THE BM SHOW. I can assure you it is not. If you go through the posting by Style and few others you can see that they can voice their opinion.

To my knowlege a posting warrants deletion if

1. Degrading, insulting, ridiculing
2. Repetitive post
3. Asking members to take detrimental action e.g. writing hate mail to BNM
4. Inciting members with allegations

So, if a member wishes to make known his or her opinion, please do so without fear of deletion. I am sure if what you have to say is important and relevant for members, the forum members will appreciate it.

In my opinion whatever the Admin/owner of this site chooses to advertise is entirely up to them as it is their right to do so.
It is not up to the membership base to dictate what they do with their forum.

I think you are not getting it right... let me get you even clear... Bryan Mardsen have failed up to this date, to pay all the investors, so why helping him with a new venture while his last old venture didnt accomplish what they offered?

A better example... if the 12dailypro admin come back with a new venture enterprise (of any kind, MLM, cassino or whatever investment he can offer) would you refer new people to her/his new venture knowing his last venture failed?

I see it like this; bryan sure didn't run of with your/our money since BNM has frozen it all. Until the investigation is over Bryan has the benefit of the doubt, so to speak. Why be negative if there's no proof. Even businesses that have been around for ages get these investigations now and then.
On the Halotto topic, it's your choice and your choice only to participate or not.

Choice. People have a choice. I don't drink, smoke or gamble and I like tea. Its personal. People want to help promote Ha Lotto fine by me, people don't want part of it also fine by me.

I understand your point. If I was scammed before by 12Dailypro, heck "NO" I ain't going to help them start a new business venture. But whether BM scammed us or not, is still in question. It's not proven. Only that :-

1. BNM has frozen PIPS and co.
2. Investigation IS still on.
3. BM hasn't 'run' and still post whenever.

I am still waiting for PIPS to comeback. Whether or not I am frustrated and annoyed that I can't get my wd, some days "Yes". When I think about the house deposit, creditors banging at my doorstep and my sibs education money but what has happen has happened. Can't change that.

I am hardly what you call an optimist but I am hoping against hope that BNM releases those servers and let us get on with the rest of our lives.

12DP is another example of a programme that has been brought to its knees by regulatory interference and the CEO (Charis Johnson) is reacting in exactly the same way as Bryan by starting another programme to help her loyal client base to make some money while the true culprits (Stormpay) are being investigated.

Not a very good case to support your argument csa1234 if I may say so?

How do you know this?
According to some sources BNM 'allegedly' found 16 million USD in a personal account of Bryan Marsdens, (not a PIPS account) along with real estate purchased in Sharon and her brothers name.....also not in PIPS name. IF this is true, how do you know he doesnt have money in other places in a personal account?
You dont know this so you cant say he hasnt ran off with our money.

Often people think that posts have been deleted, but in reality the posts have just been moved. This happens with posts and threads that are in the wrong section and posts that are off topic.

You are an intelligent man, and I do agree with you that a lack of communication from the CEO of a major corporation is less than what can be considered desireable. Bryan has not answered questions, except to say that we will all know what happened when the investigation is over. I would further add that a major corporation would more than likely have a PR spokesman to field investors questions and news releases. The CEO would ordinarily not be the one to handle public address' of this nature. As PIPS does not have such and individual, we must wait.

As far as a large sum of money being found in an account in Bryan's name. Because you are an intelligent man, and I believe Bryan to be the same, how likely would YOU be to commit such crimes as he has been accused of and then leave the cash and properties in plain view for all to see? Seems to me that anyone with a functioning mind would HIDE the assets. It doesn't take much time to hide cash and assets. Therefore, it just doesn't make sense to me that what your "source" is telling you is the whole truth. There would have to be more info for this scenario to make sense.
