Default A Humble Request - Come on guys !!!!!!

    Hi guys

Please excuse me if this is too simple, but what exactly is the point of this particular thread, 'A Humble Request' ?.

I have just read most of this and to be perfectly honest am even more confused than I was before I started.

There are as I see it 8 basic facts of which we are all aware:

    1. The PIPS program was ill conceived and badly managed by a number of people not necessarily still involved.

    2. Promises were made by the program that were impossible to keep and this should have been known at the time that these were published.

    3. Too many excuses were made for the programs gradual demise that caused a general panic amongst members which exasperated the situation to the extent that BNM were involved.

    4. All of this would have been avoided with some communication between management and members.

    5. I am not convinced that BNM are still interested in PIPS or the programs

    6. We are talking here of a multi-billion dollar program generating in excess of $200,000,000 a day in ROL to keep up with members accounts. I don’t see that any bank from what ever country would not want that amount of US dollars passing through their accounts. The charges alone would float most 3rd world nations.

    7. If I had such a program then I would be considerably more interested in determining a speedy outcome than is currently apparent.

    8. If I realised that I had made an almighty blunder and felt that I owed something to my many loyal members I would start a Lottery program to generate new funds for members. Thus easing my conscience and helping those who had lost money in my previous ventures

So come on folk, forget PIPS for the moment and look elsewhere for more promising opportunities and if PIPS should ever return, I will fly to Malaysia and buy Brian a drink. I promise !

Edit: If there is any relation raised, positively or straying away albeit negatively or discouragingly, it stays with this title thread you lend from. - YB.

Edit: I created a new thread for this post but it doesn't mean that I support any of it. Refrain from interjecting your thoughts into the "Humble Request" thread again. We are looking at/for facts there; not your rantings...EW

Then your "vision" is severly limited in both scope and depth. You are among a very small minority that do not see what this is about, or Pips for that matter. Win, lose or draw, you have missed the whole point.

Arcturus; With all due respect, at the beggining it was stated facts only, but it seems to me to be full of speculation. The same as everything else in these forums that deal with PIPS.

Come on Arcturus, cool down a little. Nothing I have ever said on this forum has been intended to offend anyone, and I apologise if you took what I said personally as it would appear from your reply.

But no one has the complete facts on the PIPS story, which I suspect, includes Bryan at the moment.

All you are doing is accumulating small pieces of information, much like completing a jigsaw without knowing what the finished picture is.

Give 10 people 10 pieces of data and I bet we get 10 different answers.

As I have said before elsewhere, as a land surveyor and mathematician, I can prove to you that the world is flat, but we know that that isn't true - don't we ?

Have fun, chill out, what will be will be, whatever the vision we may have

I will be a brief. ArcturusI is the most correct in his views and presentation of facts in any of his threads.

Some of members here can't understand or do not want to understand.

If anyone have any doubt about Pips issues please read true testamonials at "A Humble Request" sticky thread.

Problem is here that people post personal feeling opinion vs facts of true invents and things as they are.

The most important fact that almost nobody knows about is how the money/income was generated.

Here's one fact I can vouch for:

Pips Fashion is still functioning the last I was in KL( last week of March ). It was having a storewide sale. It is located in Lot10. Now I don't know if this is a branch or whether it shifted from KLCC because I didn't check for it in KLCC.

Thanks, that was nice to hear, but I wonder why Bistro failed to stay open? Hope fashion deal is making money, since Bistro was a loser, maybe they will offset each other. (g)

    Good luck to all, Mike

Perhaps I was overly harsh, Petert. My apologies. I have said all along that it doesn't matter what side you are on, there are certain things that are indisputable, and there are other things that just don't fit. Calling BM a thief, a cheat, a liar, etc.....is not only dishonorable to self, but to the membership at large. Look at our Oil Companies..................THEY deserve to be in prison. They have done FAR more damage to us than BM, or anyone like him, EVER COULD IF THEY WANTED. But, I digress.....

Sopranos: We have tried to keep it facts only, but some just need to get things off their chests.....[sigh]. It's ok, as long as it stays on topic. I, myself, stray occasionally. No harm, no foul.

Thank you Newlife. I was raised that if it looks, tastes, smells.............. I don't deserve it, but thank you just the same.

Thanks for the update Fluffy. And I believe the Bistro's had several issues, employee theft being one....but I never really followed that story line closely. You may want to ask out on Nairs forum or Aussie perhaps.
