LOL. My fault entirely, Pat. I use that phrase way too much.

It is obvious to me that you do not understand me, or what I am doing. If you wish to call me a cheerleader, then you really have no grasp on what I have been saying, or what I have been asking. Unlike some, I do not limit my thoughts and ideas to what I can touch; I acknowledge that there are many things, many possibilities, that are beyond my sight.

I have stated your "Fact" before........you aren't paying attention. Unlike some, I do not have enough information to condemn or praise, to raise or destroy. I seek the end. I seek to uncover what I can. I want to see what is to be seen. Why is it so hard for you to consider that you may be in error? I accept and state that I don't know, that I might not be right, but I don't crow about it.

I WILL NOT TALK ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR "THEME" ANYMORE. Not because I fear you or anyone else, not because I can't debate the issue, but because you refuse to see. You refuse to consider some other possibility than that which you WANT to be true. Sad.

IF Pips implodes, I will accept it. Why can't you accept that it might not? You have no proof it is over. I have no proof it isn't. But when reason and logic is applied to recent events, and you can actually see BM out there, not hiding............ It is not what it seems. And THAT is why I want to know.

William Shakespeare - To be, or not to be (from Hamlet 3/1)

"To be, or not to be" that is the question we ALL are faced with accepting the current hole emptied by hope & despair & divided support for the echoes that makes no sense to most seeking closure from an uncomfortable end or a confirmed start to another promising light.

Yet, we seek simply the answer and that right is what we deserve...however way one wishes to look at, from whatever angle of argument presented or debate devised to avoid the core desire sought here & afar by most.

i beg to differ arc....if pips implodes as u say,i would or will not b surprised....if it "explodes",i would b a very happy man ....so u see...i can "see"...and as for not having enuff information to condemn or praise....i too don't have enuff....and i don't see this thread which was started 2 weeks ago has shed any more light on the "truth" then b4....when someone as mike states he heard bryan saying the program was insured by a certain company...which now shows not to b true, anyhow Bryan stated it....people lwho ""see"" as u say beg to differ...saying he was checking into getting it ....its the age old question....is your cup half full....or is half empty.... i'm like u arc....i can accept whatever the outcome will b...or whatever the investigation turns up....but if u follow this thread or some of the pips people on this thread there are a lot of members who will not b able to accept it if it "implodes" as u sayIMHO....Pat

What Mike actually said is that we still don't have a clue.

I disagree, though. I think we DO have a clue...several clues.

    Funny,

I would love to know what clues we have that have defined the truth??? Sure, we have many clues, as well as many who are clueless, but a clue to the truth is a different story for no one has come close to that answer yet, not that I can recall, but then again, we would need to define a real clue vs. a speculated clue first. It is been 16 months for me...make it 17 months...[It never worked since
early Dec. of 2004]...so if PIPS comes back...it will be a first.

No company comes back after the governments sink their teeth into it.

Funny old world isn't it Mike?

Here we all are debating what went wrong. Diehard optimists and deadset pessimists alike!

Now in the last six months God knows how many programmes have hit the buffers, Fastmarket, KUM, Plexpay, Gins, 12DP, E-Grantz, Goldenrocks, Vasco to mention just a few better known ones plus a few payment processors as well.

When these programmes close down there is never a word said after a couple of days, it is yesterdays news, no reports of houses being lost, no attempted suicides. With Pips it is different.

Why? Could it be that even the naysayers secretly admit to themselves in private that there is something different about Pips and that it really will come back?

Maybe the expectation of success is lower with all the other programmes so failure is more expected and easy to accept?

There must be something that sets it apart from all the others!

Otherwise what are we all doing here?

BTW there was an object lesson in the Allianz saga. It was so close to being sorted that Bryan got carried away and jumped the gun with the announcement only for the deal to come unravelled later. Easily done when you are high on success and you are in a world tour!

Perhaps that is a lesson that was learnt and a very good reason why Bryan waits until the corks have popped before he says a word about anything these days!

    Still looking for clues!

    Michael

And yet -they- would have you believe that -we- are perpetuating a global scam out to get all the money and -they- are the sane providers of truth and righteousness..................

We are laying the groundwork for facts which have been attacked in the past. Only by understanding the past may we properly process the present. But I am a reasonable man. This jumps the gun a little, but if you will show me (privately) your proof that this is a scam and that BM is a thief, I will show you (privately) that it is not. What?? Oh, really?? That's what I thought.

If you have constructive ideas, dialogue and questions, feel free. Otherwise, give your yappers a break. We want to get on to 2005 here.

Thank you Michaelr - we have gotten way off track here (or is that what was wanted????). Ok, on to 2005. What reasons were given for payment delays?

What reasons were given for payment delays?

    Here are few....

Increase in volume of wire transfers going into the holidays....

Increase in volume of withdrawal requests for the convention....

    HSBC leaving the scene....

Increase in volume of requests (some members were requesting w/ds daily) due to the program being 10 months old and more members were in a position to begin to withdraw....

Wiretransfers fell behind....so checks and debit requests were put on hold until wires could catch up...
