In my humble view, this is the best similator and is acurate to a TEE.

Well I have updated the simulator, again, but this is the version that I was working towards before the new PIPS fees were introduced. The setup package will also update the old versions 2.0 and 2.1. Just make sure you close the simulator before you update.



Version 3.0 upgrades:



-Some small code and cosmetic changes have been made.



-Changed the PIPS logo, and the classic color scheme.



-The “Date� column is now locked when scrolling to the right of the simulator.



-The “Expiration� column can now be modified like the “Fee� column if expiring units need to be moved, added or deleted.

Note: If you would like nothing in a cell for the “Expiration� column, then enter a 0. If you just delete the contents of that cell, it will recalculate the default value for that cell. *Changing your “Join Date� will reset all expiration values that you have modified.*



I noticed in my account and in another’s that our Total Loan Fund was short one unit on the 22nd of June. This may be because of the new PIPS fees, so it can be added as -25 in the “Expiration� column for that day. I also noticed that a lot of expiring units did not expire on the right days in the month of June, and this would affect the ROL, so I had to move some around.

But I think that we have just enough simulators at this time. :roll:

Now, the question I guess everybody ask is "Will we get a day the money showed by simulators, and when ?". Just my opinion..
