    Thumbs up Compassion

Good thoughts YB - It behoves each of us to give one another some slack and quit looking for something wrong. It's always easier to find something to complain about or to criticize. Perhaps trying to find what we can agree with and compliment others on as an alternative to looking for fault would be a better road to travel.

I agree with you YB that Christians are loving and compassionate. We are taught that by our Lord and Savior, who was Love personified. He loved so much that He went to the cross willingly and laid His life down, not for just those who would believe in Him, but for ALL mankind--even those who hated Him. The glaring secret is that He IS the Way, the Truth and the Life. Until one encounters Him and decides to yield to the wooing of His Spirit, it is impossible to understand this. It is hard to believe that with all the turmoil within us, that we can truly find PEACE and JOY by such a simple act. But it is, oh, so true. How I wish every person on the face of the earth could know the joy, contentment and LIFE that is mine today. I am in no way judging anyone. I am hoping that my love shows through.
Incidentally YB, you spelled it pass-over. It actually is Passover and is an event that took place thousands of years ago in Egypt when the children of Israel were slaves in Egypt and God chose to deliver them. He gave the directive that the children of Israel were to kill a lamb and place blood on the doorposts of their homes. When the death angel passed by a home, if the blood was not on the doorpost, the oldest son in the home was slain. This so devastated Egyptians that they begged the Israelites to go. They did, of course, and were instructed that they were to keep Passover as a memorial to God's deliverance. I'm sure they do to this day.
We Christians believe that is a type of Christ. He is called the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. So, Passover is in a sense a Christian observance too.
I think we should let those who disagree, do so. They have just as much right to post here as we do. I may not agree with them, but I would not deny them the right to say their piece. Those who agree with them, will say, "Yeah, that's right." Those who disagree will disagree and that's that!

Not at all... and thank you both Retred , Hzchoice respectively.....and it was awhile since I last received your mail...we are all engrossed and most importantly, Happy to rejoice in any which way we chose and share...and so it remains, a "Passover" with thoughts we rekindle on those that have difficulties accepting virtues expressed by others albeit creed or race to religion.

Hey, if there is still roomacross your turf, I'd like to sling over and sing a put... howzdat-4-someday at golf??

    Happy Easter ta ya too...

    Tis good hz!
I gave up on "religion" years back.
Somethin about the peace that comes from the Spirit
that lifts the burden of religion, it is oh so good!!

People don't have to follow me very far to discover my mistakes, but
I am happy that I do not have to answer to people for my "so-called"

Hmmm, very interesting which reminded my moments shared with attentive ears to one visionary called Ivan, whom I sat next with on many of his messages he carries on his shoulders...

He too sends forth the reminders that Our Lady, The Blessed Virgin kept reminding through him: Bath yourself everyday but bathe it will need to be everytime, even if one thinks one is again covered in sin.... for what is the point of bathing and repeating yet again?

The message is: The Lord sees our weakness and our desire to try and come clean at every given opportunity when available.... and whenever it is, we have a choice to refuse but we wish not on that easy way out for an easy alternative for we remain faithful, despite the sins we carry on our shoulders and we want to be his chosen children on judgement day.

That's the one among many pleas the visionary constantly asked to carry across...

May Easter bring you all warm happiness with others... and in answering to those who are dissatisfied regarding censure on this Forum, I am one that personally do NOT feel comfortable when freedom with genuine expression is a right for mankind to be deprived from... but among us lurks those that seize this understanding as weakness shown for the grace given ... so we have to do what is necessary at times but on the whole, it is so negligible coming off from minds that simply are just words that does little damage... but to themselves.

Their far outcry will itself drown those echos that meant little all along, so not to worry, give them a chance and someday, they will feel compelled to change for the better, we are all ONLY humans, remember?

We have the freedom of Religion and if someone wishes to express their views that is okay. There are many people "praying" for the return of PIPS.'
We all should remain positive and express ourselves to each other.
