I cannot login to my PIPS account. When the 4 digit security pin was reinstituted I typed in 0000 as well as my username and password by selecting the login button. I received the new 4 digit security pin and before writing it down I accidentally closed the page. I had wanted to minimize the page and closed it instead. I tried the pin reset and could not reset the pin since I was asked about my secret question and answer which I did not have because I did not need to select a secret question and answer when I joined PIPS on Sept. 10th 2004. I have sent 2 trouble tickets and e-mailed general support as well as faxed them with no response. Anyone have a similar problem and is there a solution?

I'm having the exact same problem, except I didn't close my browser before righting down the pin, it just never gave me one. It shows that my login/password is invalid. Ok, maybe it isn't exactly the same problem exactly, but trouble tickets and emails to no avail too. I haven't been able to login since this new website.

Today I received a new PIN in response to my fax to Support, but I regret to say, it did not do the trick. I'll persevere!!!!!!!
It is inconceivable that an organization of PIPS size, with its own in-house IT, cannot or does not pay enough attention to such a small technical issue, which is, I'm sorry to say, most infruating to a fairly large number of members.
