Thread: A Challenge

[Must be something in the air, lately, as I am finding myself wanting to actually understand the position and posture of those who find fault in everything.....]

This is directed at those TG'ers that have wandered over here. This would include Dogman/whatever pseudonym he's using today, CrazyInvestor/CrazyMe, as well as Style and others here who seem disproportionately cruel and critical.

I find it amazing that you have spent sooooooooooo much time beating this particular rug. One would think that the dust would have long been forced out. Using your mentality (yes, I visited the cesspool from time to time and I have followed along in this forum and others), one would think that you are all champions of the downtrodden, voices for the ignorant masses, protectors of the working poor. As such, I am greatly amazed that you do not speak out strongly against Casinos, lotteries, taxation, pull tabs and the like. You demonize that which you clearly don't really understand, and seemingly accept that which has become a common, accepted, anticipated fleecing of the masses. Look up the definition of Rational Ignorance. (For you lazy types, in a nut shell it's the "If I don't know about it, it doesn't exist" mentality).

With this in mind, I present you with the following questions:

1. Why are you so interested in what I do with MY money?

2. What is it about you (all) that makes you better/smarter than I (and you don't even know me or what I am)?

3. What makes Pips/BM much more "dangerous" than other HYIP's, MLM's and profit schemes?

4. What evidence do you have that this IS a scam, or is fraudulent? (Keep in mind that "non-payment for months" has been beaten to death. If that is your only evidence, you need to study up on ISP's, Venture Capital structures, and other investment/loan vehicles)

5. Why do you even care? If BM is a scoundrel as you claim, and we have p*ssed away our money, and HALotto is another Scam, what's it to you?

6. What is the REAL reason you are here? (Saying "to get my money back" is B.S. and you know it. Everyone is here for that reason in some way. You (all) are ****ing a special type of poison).

7. Am I Pro-Pips, or am I something else? You're so smart. Tell me about Arcturus. What am I? You (all) have definite opinions on everyone else.

8. Have you really studied what is behind this particular opportunity, and do you understand the complexities of what is being done (or at least the theory)?

9. How can Forex return up to 1000% annually, on a regular basis, not to mention that there are brokers out there who routinely see short term gains (18 months and less) of greater than 600% annualized, when you (all) claim that a 2% program is impossible? (And, do your math....2% IS NOT 700%+ per year)

10. Do you (all) understand what you are criticizing? Or are you just unhappy people?

And, finally, do you (all) listen to yourselves or re-read what you write?

wow....do u write this much everytime so u can "REREAD" what u write??...or is it to "feel" good about urself and all the comments made by people who probably don't understand what you are writing about....why is it so hard to accept someone else's opinion that does'nt match your own?.....i joined pips in 02 2005...never collected a penny.....do i think pips will return??...no....do i wish pips to return??...yes...of course i do...not everyone who disagrees with the way some of "YOU" people think are from TG either...i never once visited that site....but i have heard some of u people that r "cheerleaders" talk about ur visits there.....including u,arcturusI,leftyken.and i believe newlife also....just because i don't agree with ur opinion does'nt mean i'm wrong or right.....its just a difference of opinion....so u can write all u want to...it does'nt change the facts that their is and might b a difference of opinion...IMHO....Pat

One thing with casinos and gambiling at least you know where your money is going and if you win or lose.

1- I could careless what you do with your money, I want to know what BM did with my money.

2-I'm not in denial and thinking that PIPS will come back, its has been a year now and no PIPS. Oh lets give it another year right??

3-PIPS was on a larger scale than any other programs out there, what makes it dangerous is people were actually relying on it to live off it.

4- I emailed one of the government agencies in texas that was investigating PIPS and she told me it is a clear scam and you will never get your fund back unless you hire a lawer in Malaysia. I was hoping she was wrong but 6 months past and still no funds.

5-As long as BM is present and shows up time to time, I will keep asking him about my fund and where it is and what he is going to do to give me my $$$$.

6- I'm here for my $$$, I have even offered to sell my PIPS account but no one came forward well that gives you the whole picture that no one believes in PIPS coming back. I have image copies of my PIPS account and I can also write up a contract or the other party can write up the contract and buy my account for 80% discount.

7-Yup you are a pro pips. The thing is most people on this forum are afraid to question BM thinking that if PIPS ever comes back they won't get their funds. People you can question this guy and if PIPS does come back you can get your funds back or else you can get a lawyer.

8- Tell me this, have you ever won a lottery? And who are you going to get to sign up for this lotto program once they find out who the founder is?? lol

9-I never claimed 2% is impossible in forex, i know of 2 programs where the trades make less but they show you everything. They even show you their live trading, lets see if BM can do that.

10-Pleasseee don't insult my intelligence.

And once again I haven't been back to TG forum, I'm busy working on my own start-up. And once inawhile when I get a break I will come on this forum to see what people are saying.

Crazy: Thank you for answering my questions. Although I interpret your answers differently, you have exemplified the reason I wrote this thread. You are not here for "noble" purposes. You are making assumptions about things you know very little about. BM did nothing with "your" money. The moment it left your account, it ceased to be "your" money. What you have is an agreement. You cannot say if that agreement/understanding is null and void.

For the record, I am not "Pro Pips". Nor am I anti-Pips. Shows what you know. As for insulting your intellect, that's too easy. I don't take candy from carriages. You don't know me, about me, or understand the driving forces of money and finance in the world.

If you want to debate Global Finance, let's get it on. (Opportunities like) Pips are cogs in that wheel. But if all you want to do is accuse, criticize and complain, then we will have no further "meaningful" dialogue.

Oh, BTW: Texas doesn't have an "official" stand on Pips the Corporation. Only the 5 year program (if I'm not mistaken), and those individuals who were "selling" Pips, which is strictly forbidden even by BM.

Oops, sorry Crazy, missed a couple things..............

Haven't won any Major dollars in the lottery...wouldn't matter if I did. I'd still be the same as I am now, I just wouldn't get out of bed as early. As for buying your account..........not sure on the legalities of this, and I don't need another account as I have 2 already. You would need to transfer the Loan, assuming it was permissable under the terms of the original agreement, and then........ probably more info than you want or need.

Sorry, me again. I should probably clarify. The reason I wouldn't have any further "meaningful" dialogue isn't because we are in disagreement. It is because only with dispassionate, rational ideas can we hope to muddle through what lies before us. Screaming and pointing fingers won't work. I have said this in many ways before. Disagree, but support. Don't just say "I know because I know." Defend yourself!

Good luck with your start up Crazy (really!). Heaven helps those who help themselves.

I wouldn't put much stock in what a "guvment" person said....they certainly aren't out for the "little people".

It would be nice if you put half as much effort in pulling in the reins on our "guvment" and try and make them be transparent about their goings-on as you do the issue with your account IMHO.

Once funds went from pips to picpay at that point it did in fact become our money and someone will be held liable for it, i wonder who that will be?

What about the people in the orignal Pips lottery who claim that they never received their winnings?

What about the merchants who were told by Bryan that they had been paid, but are still waiting and trying to recoup their losses?

Just wondering................
