Crazy: Thank you for answering my questions. Although I interpret your answers differently, you have exemplified the reason I wrote this thread. You are not here for "noble" purposes. You are making assumptions about things you know very little about. BM did nothing with "your" money. The moment it left your account, it ceased to be "your" money. What you have is an agreement. You cannot say if that agreement/understanding is null and void.

For the record, I am not "Pro Pips". Nor am I anti-Pips. Shows what you know. As for insulting your intellect, that's too easy. I don't take candy from carriages. You don't know me, about me, or understand the driving forces of money and finance in the world.

If you want to debate Global Finance, let's get it on. (Opportunities like) Pips are cogs in that wheel. But if all you want to do is accuse, criticize and complain, then we will have no further "meaningful" dialogue.

Oh, BTW: Texas doesn't have an "official" stand on Pips the Corporation. Only the 5 year program (if I'm not mistaken), and those individuals who were "selling" Pips, which is strictly forbidden even by BM.

Ok then once the money left my account it was gone, that is leaving my PicPay account now in my picpay I had alot of money. And for Texas, I believe it was that state since it was 6 months ago.

The lady from the office wanted to know more about DBR since I had invested with them too, but at the end she said that PIPS is a scam and from experience most likely I will not see the funds again.

The truth of the matter is all these online investments that brag about makin 2% a day or will make you a millions if you only invest hundereds or thousands is all BS.

My father used to tell me that you can’t argue with a sick mind. Although I don't necessarily think all of the doomsday posters are all that sick. They are brilliant at what they are trying to accomplish. Too bad they are focused on P*** and not something worthwhile. What has Bryan actually done to evoke such hatred? Surely the hound and his dirty little crew can come up with something besides the word scam. All keep asking for evidence that P*** is real, demanding Bryan to make statements and tell everyone all the aspects of his business. What *****s! What major business can you go to and actually talk to the CEO? What businessperson would continually address persons that mean his business ill will? The mere fact that there are those posting with no vested interest should tell you all you need to know about the character and intentions of those individuals. Even Going Flatt is not all that stupid. I see posts all over various forums basically spelling the end from flatt and yet, I can’t find out what the ghost messiah has to say without shelling out 12 dollars. Why aren’t people all over flatt for not posting his info on the situation? Is your noodle between your ears working yet? If you feel you have lost. I must ask you what have you lost? Where is it stated you have lost? Who is telling you that all is lost? Answer these last three questions for yourself, and you might trip over something that has been in front of you the whole time.

    Arcturus, are you having fun?
I had a plum tree once, brought it home in a pot from a reputable grower.
I had a really nice spot in the garden all prepared, and I took a great deal of time transplanting and preparing the base so that its new surroundings would be idea for a plentiful harvest.
    I waited and waited.
All the leaves fell off, summer passed, autumn then winter, and all that time that small tree sat shivering, forlone, and to all who saw, apparently dead.
I was,nt so sure, and rather than give up, the following year I transplanted that skeleton into a cooler, more richer part of the garden. Almost overnight, new life stirred in those branches and before long leaves had sprouted and it,s colour appeared decidely better.
Alas, it did,nt last long before all the leaves died off and life seemed to depart such promise again.
Not to be beaten, I transferred the plant back into a pot, familiar surroundings to one so young, and it has thrived ever since dispite many transplants to keep abreast with such abandoned growth. Really nice plums too :)
Sometimes it is best to leave things where they are. Experience and knowledge may open the ground for fertile minds, but you cannot force growth, no matter how much loving care you pour into that soil.
    Take care

No, no Paddy. I am learning from this. Really. OIC, Crazy and Avery have valid points that need to be considered. What is lacking is proper definition. PicPay had problems and was in violation. BM never said that the PicPay wasn't yours, he just said it would be in a different form.

Texas wasn't alone, Crazy, but it was more for the 5year program and the illegal marketing/selling of a nonexistant program. NEVER did BM give permission for this to be "sold" or mass marketed. The website was very clear. I knew where my money was going and for what. I didn't go into this blind, and I don't demand my return. Why? Because nothing is for sure but death. Pips is what it is. I don't have enough evidence to say yea or nay. But all indications are that yea is much more likely than nay.

Yes, Crazy, most HYIP's are BS. But think of it like penny stocks. 99% go bust. But that 1% makes all the difference in the world. Apple Computers, Intel, Control Data, Osmonics.............lightning in a bottle.

While you still haven't given good support for your arguments, you are being civil and level headed. That is a good sign. Whether or not we agree or come to the same conclusions is another thing. At this point, neither of us is right and neither is wrong. But where would you rather be?

A toast to your health (and another pint for Paddy).

Actually, I think we should both hammer on them for awhile. Then we can get Largo over here, and all of the others...

    Time for some troll

Actually, after reading Owen's book (NOT), I have starting writing a new book.... 'Behind The Screens Investing'. In it, I will be able to show how being able to leverage your money, and show some 'simple' investment skills, that will get you earning, upwards of 5% per day.

Second book I am starting to work on, 'The Great American Ponzi, Social Security'... This one will be really fun..

    Sure Choochie...

Unlike Owen, I won't charge for these books. However, I will accept donations, which I will for charitable works. Yes, I know everyone will ask me this question next, so here is the answer: YES, I will accept PicPay....

    Back to work...
