    Default Strange 2%-system behaviour

Hello, are there any experts in the room? After some days of '0% reinveste-100% withdraw'-regime I noticed that my ROL was rising again (after 2 days as I expected) but after some more days, it started to go down (see below - VERY unexpected). As I'm puzzled by this, is there anyone who knows why? I'm member since November 2004 with status 'haven't seen a single cent coming out of Picpay'.

    Date..........Qty..ReL.%-AF.%..Re-Loaned..Resv.F..Withdrawable..ROL
    01-JUL-05 185..0%-100%......$0.00.........$8.60....$75.25........... $85.56
    05-JUL-05 185..100%-0%......$75.25.......$8.60....$0.00.............$8 5.56
    06-JUL-05 185..100%-0%......$75.25.......$8.60....$0.00.............$8 5.56
    07-JUL-05 188..100%-0%......$76.64.......$8.60....$0.00.............$86.95
    08-JUL-05 191..100%-0%......$78.03.......$8.60....$0.00.............$88.34
    11-JUL-05 186..100%-0%......$75.72.......$8.60....$0.00.............$86.03
    12-JUL-05 180..100%-0%......$72.94.......$8.60....$0.00.............$83.25
    13-JUL-05 177..100%-0%......$71.55.......$8.60....$0.00.............$81.86
    14-JUL-05 174..100%-0%......$70.17.......$8.60....$0.00.............$80.48

Yes I do know.....Without looking at your account I would say your original loan came to maturity. Thus you go down with your ROL. Careful though there is a reserve and when that kicks in you'll go up again. (even at 100% withdraw) But that is not as frequent as 100% with your 100% reloan "and" your reserve working for you. Hope this helps.

    Hi PIPSfreak,

From the 11th to the 14th, you had a Total of 16 Units Expire.

5 Units on the 11th, 5 Units on the 12th, 3 Units on the 13th and finally
    3 Units on the 14th.

That is the Reason for your ROL Decreasing each day.

    Cheers.

Thanks everybody to reply. I know about the 'maturing' thing but I read some time ago that you only were losing when re-investing less than +- 70%. As I re-invest 100%, seeing a decline like this was unexpected.
Guess I can only hope and wait, just see how it evolves?
So it's just another annoying surprise, when will I see a pleasant surprise? :?

Each unit has a "mature date" at wich it will expire.
That happens no matter what reinvest u are running...

If u reinvest less than 50% ur investment will decrease and not grow, if u invest more than 50% it will grow...

    Default normal not surprise

It should not be a surprise as it was stated when signing up that this would happen. It's more a "you don't read" or "you don't understand" problem. It's a normal happening in any case. Your account will still grow and faster as time goes on. Good Luck.
