Pips' private investments invested out side malaysia are gaining interests every month ! So I presume there shouldn't be problems paying investors if pips is released from BNM's iron fist ?

I believe you are right. Could be that Bryan anticipated something like this could happen as he had to know the workings of the Malaysian govt. before he chose that location. Now, a prudent man would not put all his eggs in one basket. Now, just what if, there are LOTS of investments that only he knows about. That are not part of what the authorities have frozen, simply because they don't know they exist. And what if that is what they are trying to get their hands on???? I would imagine that if Bryan were to admit just where these were, they would gobble them up as well. So, there may be some sort of standoff!!! You know I did think that having a one man show was dangerous, and it is, but, if only one or a few know just where the money is, it is that much safer!! Man, I like this line of speculation. Heck, I am starting to believe it! Does it make sense or what? Let me know if I am losing my mind.

It seems like the main purpose of the investigation is to determine if the money were indeed invested and if there are enough funds to honour members widhdrawals. So wouldn't be in Bryan's benefit to show the money?

I just read Bryan's old post, "a new legal structure takes to setup", it seems that bryan already know the currenct pips is illegal, but he still say pips will be back, I believe pips will be back!

I can understand to agree with your saying ! But I beleive BNM is in the dark of what BM is doing to gain for pips members ? Or otherwise they won't take so long without charges being brought up against BM ??

If the current pips is illegal i dont think Bryan is going to have time to work on a new one, he will be to busy working on his appeal.

Everyone is in the same boat, wondering what the facts will turn out to be, and it is interesting to read all the different opinions people have. It all comes down to only one thing, where is the money? For those who think there is money invested and still earning, forget it, there is no way you can move these supposed large sums without a 100 mile long money trail, so any money that ever existed is already locked up tight as a drum, I assure you.

Someday we will hear about it, but as far as mystery investments that only Bryan knows about, forget it, you can't move billions unnoticed, never mind millions, so sorry to say, I don't think our money is earning squat. Heck, he couldn't even move our withdrawals without limits being placed on amounts by banks in Malaysia. I am sure we all remember that excuse, so how could he move millions or billions without it being traceable to the so called debentures, PPP's or whatever the investments were that generated these huge returns? Where and how much money is the only thing we all want to hear about.
